COMMUNITY RELATIONS ASSISTANT MANAGER
(Central Kalimantan)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the relationship between the corporate business and local agencies, civic groups, schools, community groups, political entities, and governmental agencies.
2. Plan and design programs that will both help the local community and promote the image of the corporation in a positive way while maintaining their sensitive nature to the local community and its needs.
3. Represent the corporation in beneficial community activities, such as working with the sponsorship of programs including sporting events, cultural events, and community-related programs.
4. Develop programs or work with local community groups.
5. Act as the representative of the company as well as working with other departments in the corporation coordinating functions and handling details, which might include public relations.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor degree in Law, Social, Public Relations or related field.
2. Minimum 6 years experience as Community Relations Coordinator, preferably in a mining company.
3. Experienced in developing and implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plans, public and community relations campaigns and special events.
4. Excellent interpersonal proficiency and superior oral, written and listening communication abilities.
5. Ability to organize workload and set priorities accordingly.

SENIOR MINE ENGINEER
(Central Kalimantan)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Conduct mine planning, project planning, as well as mining operation scheduling and controlling and dealing with contractors.
2. Develop short, mid and long term mine plans for the budgeting process.
3. Estimate fleet requirements.
4. Plan mining operations and design open pit and surface mines.
5. Design mining equipment and supervise the open pit operations, and devising methods for transporting minerals to processing plants.
6. Find, extract, and prepare coal, metals, and minerals.
7. Responsible for the safe, economical, and environmentally sound operation of mines.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineer from a reputable University.
2. Min 5 years of experience in coal mining operation.
3. Knowledgeable in operating mining programs software, such as : Minescape, Surpac, etc.
4. Proficient in survey instruments, etc.
5. Computer literate.
6. Good team-working skills.
7. Good command in English both oral and written.
8. Willing to be placed in site (Central Kalimantan).
9. Hold a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) Mining Indonesia competency certificate is an advantage.

JUNIOR CIVIL ENGINEER
(Central Kalimantan)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and provide relevant project documents, and reporting working progress.
2. Generate/review calculate Material Take Off (MTO).
3. Negotiate with contractor or other parties related to project work.
4. Analyse either proposal or other report from contractor which related to project work.
5. Handle Quality Control which is connected with working for mine infrastructure, such as road, bridge, etc.
6. Work together with contractor and consultant.
7. Monitor and crosscheck project progress from contractor.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer.
2. Familiar with Civil Engineering Detail Drawing, Hauling Road Drawing and Steel Bridge Structure Drawing.
3. Minimum 3 years experience in supervising civil construction, steel construction, bridge construction and hauling road.
4. Good knowledge in operating Ms. Office, AutoCad, Landdesktop/Civil 3D, Structure analysis software, etc.
5. Excellent negotiation skill, hard working, good initiative & teamwork.
6. Good understanding the standard rule of the civil works, earthwork, steel bridge, pilling and road.
7. Sound knowledge in Scheduling, Supervision, Quality Control and Project Administration.

JUNIOR SURVEYOR
(Central Kalimantan)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Land Identification, Mapping and Assessment, and other relevant survey works to support Explorations, Projects, Operations and other Company Business purposes.
2. Coordinate with Land Matters Team and other Department within the company to maintain communication and relation with local stakeholders (Local Government, Land Owners and Others) in executing Land Survey Works.
3. Support Land Management Team in collecting and updating any relevant data and information from the fields.
4. Coordinate with Team Land Acquisition to support Field Operation Management Team (Exploration and Exploitation) in handling Land issue in the fields under supervision of the Project Manager.

Requirements:

1. At least hold a diploma degree in Geodesy.
2. Possess at least three (3) years experience in Land Survey in the fields.
3. Good ability of technical skills in Survey Jobs.
4. Have strong team player and target oriented.
5. Familiar with ArcGIS database, Advance AutoCAD, Mapping system, Geodetic GPS and able to operate the newest Sokkia Total Station equipment.

ENVIRONMENTAL SUPERVISOR
(Central Kalimantan)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Deal with Environmental Risk Assessment (ERA).
2. Set up nursery (composting, seeding, planting).
3. Supervise reclamation and revegetation activity.
4. Control and prevention of acid mine drainage.
5. Responsible in environment monitoring program.
6. Conduct environment auditing.
7. Maintain waste and waste water or hazardous material (B3).

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Environment/Mining Engineering/Forestry.
2. Possess at least three (3) years experience in coal/mineral mining.
3. Familiar with environment monitoring tools on site as well as environment assessment process (PROPER, K3LH ESDM).
4. Knowledgeable in environmental laws and regulations.
5. Hold AMDAL A Certificate will be an advantage.
6. Preferably hold Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) Certification.
7. Sound knowledge in ISO 14001 and Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan (SML).

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR
(Jakarta Raya)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Identify training, design and develop programs based on organisation and individual needs through Training Need Analysis (TNA) and Performance Appraisal result.
2. Manage a training budget and an overall training plan keeping within the budget and evaluate training programs and monitor the progress of trainee through questionnaires and discussions with super ordinate.
3. Manage Performance Appraisal System annually and Analysis Individual Performance based on KPI (Key Performance Indicator).
4. Identify competency profile of employee as part of development programs related to organization development.
5. Develop effective organizational programs, HR planning strategies and other organisational development functions including performing job analysis, job evaluation, induction, etc.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources within the Organisational Development or Training-Development area in mining industry with supervisory experience is preferred.

Key Accountabilities:

MECHANIC ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT

• Menguasai dengan baik tehnis perbaikan dan perawatan kendaraan roda empat, mesin-mesin alat berat (dozer, conveyor, dsb), genset, speed boat, alat2 listrik (AC, pompa air, dsb), dll.,
• Mampu merencanakan, mengelola dan memonitor proses kerja di bidang perawatan dan perbaikan alat kerja untuk operasional eksploitasi, eksplorasi, coal crushing, maupun sarana infrastuktur pendukung di area tambang dan camp service,
• Mempersiapkan data untuk menyusun rencana kerja jangka pendek (1 tahunan) di bidang perawatan dan perbaikan alat kerja dan sarana infrastruktur pendukung kegiatan di area tambang dan camp service,
• Mempersiapkan data untuk menyusun anggaran kerja departemen dan merealisasikan anggaran kerja yg telah disetujui,
• Merencanakan, mengelola, dan memonitor kegiatan perbaikan dan perawatan infrastruktur pendukung kegiatan operasional tambang di site (misal: perawatan dan perbaikan untuk mobil, genset, water treatment, pompa air, dumptruck, AC, speedboat, sarana internet, televisi, dan lain-lain),
• Menyusun dan memantau proses pelaksanaan jadwal perawatan infrastruktur,
• Mampu mempersiapkan data dan menyusun laporan kebutuhan suku cadang untuk infrastruktur pendukung kegiatan operational tambang.

• Pendidikan min S1 tehnik mesin/electrical, dari universitas terkemuka,
• Pengalaman min 7 th di bidang mekanik dan maintenance, dengan 3 th di level supervisor. Lebih disukai dari perusahaan tambang batu bara/sejenis,

ELECTRICIAN SUPERVISOR

• Untuk melaksanakan, mengkoordinasikan, dan memonitor proses kerja perbaikan dan perawatan alat elektrikal pendukung operasional bongkar muat batu bara di area tambang,
• Memeriksa kondisi seluruh peralatan operasional elektronik maupun infrastruktur pendukung di area site (misal: motor conveyor, jaringan listrik dan AC di site camp dan kantor, dan lain-lain) dan melaksanakan kegiatan perbaikan bilamana terjadi kerusakan,
• Melaksanakan perawatan terhadap peralatan dan jaringan elektronik, mengawasi pemasangan instalansi listrik dan pembagian beban listrik oleh kontraktor termasuk penggunaan listrik di camp site dan penggunaan alat-alat operasional oleh kontraktor,
• Menguasai system Inverter pada motor,
• Menguasai Program PLC pada conveyor system unloading dan Loading,
• Menguasai system travo step up, step down,
• Pernah menguasai electrical pada alat berat Jib crane, Dozer,
• Menguasai management trouble shouting pada system electrical

General Requirement:

• Laki-laki, usia max. 35 th.,
• Pendidikan min D3 tehnik elektro dari universitas terkemuka,

BARGING SUPERVISOR

• Untuk melaksanakan, mengkoordinasikan, dan memonitor proses pembongkaran (unloading) dan pemuatan (loading) muatan batu bara dari dan ke dalam kapal tongkang, serta mengkoordinir dan memonitor proses perjalanan muatan batu bara ke lokasi penyimpanan stockpile dan mother vessel,
• Mengkoordinasi dan memonitor kontraktor dalam melaksanakan proses pemeriksaan dan perhitungan jumlah muatan batu bara sebelum dibongkar,
• Memeriksa kebenaran dan kesesuaian data antara hasil survey dan laporan barge status terkait dengan jumlah, jenis, maupun kontaminasi muatan batu bara, serta menyusun laporan re-draft survey,
• Mengkoordinasikan dan memonitor proses pembongkaran (unloading) muatan batu bara dari kapal tongkang,
• Mempersiapkan jadwal proses pembongkaran (unloading) dan pemuatan (loading) batu bara dari dan ke dalam kapal tongkang,
• Mengkoordinasi dan memonitor proses pemuatan (loading) batu bara ke dalam kapal tongkang,
• Mengkoordinir speedboat dan assist tug untuk mendampingi/ mengawal perjalanan kapal tongkang sampai dengan titik aman berikutnya,
• Memonitor keamanan muatan batu bara melalui komunikasi dengan kapten kapal,
• Mempersiapkan dan menyusun laporan barge status untuk diserahkan kepada Barging & Shipping Manager.

• Memiliki ijazah Ahli Nautika Tingkat (ANT)-III,
• Pengalaman 3 tahun di bidang perkapalan, diutamakan berasal dari perusahaan sejenis (coal Mining),
• Menguasai teknis mesin kapal (tongkang, tug boat, dsb.),
• Menguasai teknis loading dan unloading kargo,
• Menguasai bahasa Inggris, min pasif,
• Mampu bekerja secara team maupun individual, memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, jiwa kepemimpinan, mempunyai integritas dan komitmen tinggi, jujur dan berdedikasi,
• Bersedia di tempatkan di Kalimantan Tengah (Site),
• Dapat menggunakan perangkat computer (Word, excel).

MINE PLANNING ENGINEER
Key Accountabilities:

• Strong knowledge and has successfully experience in mines planning, project planning, scheduling, management of open cut mines,
• Be able to review short term quality data for planning purposes and compare with production requirements,
• Be able to ensure that mine and productions plans reflect production requirements and logical progression,
• Familiar with forecasting, planning and monitoring production process related to mining activities,
• Be able to construct geology models & pit designs,
• Strong communication skill about all significant issues relating, to operations, environmental management or safety.

Specific Requirements:

• Min. S1 Mining Engineer from reputable University,
• Min. 2 years experience as Mining Engineer in Coal Mining Company,
• Familiar with computer literate Microsoft Office and have good knowledge of software mining programs especially MINCOM Software,
• Initiative, planning & organizing skills, problem solving, time management, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and client focus and be result driven,
• Willing to work in remote Area (Kalimantan Tengah).

Environmental Supervisor-(Code: Env-Spv)
Based in South Kalimantan. This is a staff position reporting to SHE Supt. This position is responsible for planning, implementing & controlling Environmental programs to ensure that all employees, and contractors comply with the company policy and standard on health & safety.

Required Qualifications:

• Min. S-1 graduate in environmental engineer or relevant disciplines.
  
• Min 5 years experience in environmental related task.
  
• Possess good knowledge in environmental regulation, Kepmen & UU & other relevant regulation
  
• Possess good knowledge and skills in HSE management and audit system and contractor management.
  
• Well-established leadership skills.
  
• Possess excellent language skills either spoken, written of both Indonesian and English
  
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel)
  
• Able to work in team environment displaying leadership.
  
• High commitment to PTAI standard on business ethic.
  
• Good understanding on global coal business will be an advantage
