GENERAL MANAGER ASSETS
- University degree in property management or relevant studies
- Has exposed and solid technical training in retail/mall/property management
- Strong analytical skills, profit & loss and revenue generation. Good leadership skills and team player
- Five years experience as Senior Operation Manager and GM Retail in reputable mall/property
- University degree in project management and general management
- Competent in operation, engineering, safety and security and overall management
- Strong leadership skills, able to analyze profit and loss, cost and expenses awareness, profit orientation
- Minimum 10 years of experiences in Senior Manager positions in superblock mall, Condo and Office Tower and managing more than 500 people

- Computer literate, design graphic with international standard and overseas exposure training
- Able to relate to all levels of employees, with a good command of written and spoken English, computer literate
- Minimum 5 years experiences and taken managerial role in advertising and promotion in multinational company
- Diploma degree from Hotel School and General Management
