PT Wira Bhumi Sejati which established in 1984 focusing in Mining Services and Civil Construction. To support our rapid growth, we are seeking qualified and enthusiast candidates with strong integrity to take a role as:

1. Production Supervisor (Code: PSV)

Reporting to Operation Superintendent and work closely with Engineering Supervisor,this position will lead, organize and provide direction for all foremen and crews of overburden in a safe, effective manner on time and within target budget; familiar with operational best practices in loading point, haul road, and dumping area; familiar with machine application standard; achieve daily targets of machine utilization;
Applicants should have a minimum bachelor Mining,Geological or Civil Engineering degree& qualification with minimum 2 (two) years professional experience in similar role in large open-pit coal mining operations; hold minimum Pratama-POP certification is preferred; good ability in employee s supervision, resource planning, & HSE supervision; must have ability to operate computer and mining software; good communication and interpersonal skill; good command of English both verbal and written; the position is initially based in South Kalimantan, but applicants must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations all over Indonesia.

2. Mine Engineer Supervisor (Code: MES)

Work closely with Production Supervisor, this position will be responsible to support projects with short and long term mine planning and other mining engineering aspects, set up a production standard, continuously monitor the achievement gap and analyze necessary improvement action.
Applicants should have a minimum bachelor Mining, Civil, or Geological Engineering degree& qualification with 2 (two) years professional experience; must have mining operation technical skill; must have ability to operate mining software (MineScape and Surpac); the position is initially based in South Kalimantan, but applicants must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations all over Indonesia. 3. Plant Planner & Engineer (Code: PPE)

Reporting to Plant Supervisor, this position will be responsible to develop maintenance planning and schedule.
Applicants should have a qualification degree in Mechanical Engineering; professional experience in Plant Planning is preferred; fresh graduate are welcomed; have knowledge of best practices in maintenance planning; good communication and interpersonal skill; good command of English both verbal and written; the position is initially based in South Kalimantan, but applicants must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations all over Indonesia.

4. HSE Officer (Code: HSE)

Reporting to Safety Superintendent and project manager, this position will be responsible to develop and implement all aspects of safety and training, accident prevention, safety performance report, and accident and incident investigation for the mining operations.
Applicants should have a qualification degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Engineering& qualification with 2 (two) years professional experience; have knowledge of HSE and OHSAS 18001 and hold training/ seminars certificate of safety is preferred; good communication and interpersonal skill; good command of English both verbal and written; the position is initially based in South Kalimantan, but applicants must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations all over Indonesia.

5. Field HRDGA Supervisor (Code: HS)

Applicants should have 3 (three) years professional experience in similar role; Excellent knowledge in HR system, procedures performance management, Indonesian labor law ®ulation relation, recruitment, training & development, and compensation & benefit; good communication and interpersonal skill; good command of English both verbal and written; Must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations all over Indonesia.

6. Operation Manager (Code: OM)

Reporting to GM Operation, this position responsible for managing minimum 2 mining projects; managed active line of communication & related data report between Project Manager and General Manager; ensure all aspects of mining including Production, Plant, Finance, SH&E, GA, & HR being managed internally with Project Manager accordingly to the Project s KPIs & target; ensure all operational aspects of mining including mine planning & other contractual issues being managed externally with Mining Owner; constantly discussing development & area of improvement for the existing projects and opportunity of new project development;
Applicants should have a minimum Mining or Geological Engineering degree & qualification with minimum 8 (eight) years professional experience in similar role in the open –pit coal mining operations; must have mining operation management & technical skill; must have communication skill & ability to establish an effective communication internally with team and externally with Mining Owner; minimum POM certificate; the position is initially based in Surabaya and South Kalimantan, but applicants must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations all over Indonesia

7.Surveyor (Code: SU)

Reporting to Engineering Supervisor and work closely with Production Supervisor, this position will create work-surveying plan, calculate digging volume at the end of month in all mine sites, and prepare data survey.
Applicants should have a minimum STM Tambang, Geodetic or Civil Engineering & qualification with minimum 3 (three) years professional experience in similar role in large open-pit coal mining operations; good ability in employee s supervision, resource planning, & HSE supervision; must have ability to operate computer and mining software; good communication and interpersonal skill; good command of English both verbal and written; the position is initially based in South Kalimantan, but applicants must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations all over Indonesia.

1. BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER (BUM)
Responsible to manage all the business unit activities in sales, procurement, financial, human resources, safety, legal and general affair. Possess a strong leadership. Has a minimum of 5 years experiences in the field of energy trading or construction.

2. SALES & MARKETING SUPERVISOR / MANAGER (SMS / SMM)
Responsible to perform company product sales, maintaining both present and new customers in order to achieve sales target. Possess an excellent communication skill as well as excellent technical presentation skills, good account management and analytical skills in analyzing data, good looking. Minimum qualification is bachelor (S1) degree in any major.

3. HR & GA SUPERVISOR / MANAGER (HRS / HRM)
Have the ability to create and implement an affective HR program including recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, staff relation and performance management. Have the ability to manage and control day to day administration and operation of General Service includes facilities, building maintenance, and transportation. Minimum qualification is bachelor degree (S1) in Psychology, Legal, Management, and Business Administration.

4. HSE SUPERVISOR / MANAGER (HSS / HSM)
Responsible to coordinate and supervise the overall health, safety, and environmental program at work. Also, to compile and manage the safety and environment procedures in accordance with applicable safety and environment standard. Having knowledge about OHSAS and Government HSE Regulation and its implementation is preferable.

5. LEGAL SUPERVISOR / MANAGER (LGS / LGM)
Responsible in all legal activities, compliance with the Law and regulation, develop and monitor implementation of legal procedure and legal drafting agreement, familiar with Indonesian law and other regulation, providing legal advices upon legal disputes settlement as well as Indonesian legal system with its substance.

6. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR / MANAGER (FAS / FAM)
Responsible to deal with at financial activities, including administration handling, good ability in performing analysis on financial report, capable of preparing financial report, having good knowledge in AR, GL, and taxation is preferable. Should have knowledge about financial budgeting.

7. PROCUREMENT & LOGISTIC SUPERVISOR MANAGER (PLS / PLM)
Responsible to handle local and international product purchase, storing products, managing warehouse and delivering products. Experienced in importing products would be prefered. Possess a good negotiation skill, team working and interpersonal skills as well as strong leadership.

8. PROJECT ENGINEER (PE)
Responsible to lead, manage and supervise data-centered projects (including mechanical / electrical contractor jobs) of the company. Performing project management role; scheduling, budgeting, man power planning of every data-centered project within the company. Another responsibilities are to handle maintenance and trouble shooting in mechanical and electrical problems. Minimum qualification is bachelor of engineering (major in industrial, mechanical, electrical, civil or architecture).

General Requirements:

Has a minimum of 5 years experiences in the field of energy trading or construction (Manager), 3-5 years experiences (Supervisor). Responsive, possses strong initiatives, good analytical, problem solving and communication skills; proficient in written & spoken in English, strictly no smoking; willing to be placed in all over Indonesia Provinces.
