Along with the development of exploration activities and we need young HR professionals who are highly motivated, love challenges, and teamwork to occupy several positions with the following conditions:

1. Sr. Geologist (Sr. GEOS)
• Experience: Min. 5 years in supervising and assisting the activities of exploration: geological exploration, especially coal, prepares reports and geological mapping. Minimal certified POP.
• Education: Min.S1 Geological Engineering.
• Software Skills: Minescape / Surpac and Autocad.

2. Jr. Geologist (GEOS)
• Fresh Graduate S1 Geology Engineering / Engineering Geophysics.
• Ability to work under pressure, either independently or in teams.
• Mastering AutoCAD, Minescape / Surpac have added value.

3. Wellsite (WST)
• Male, physically and mentally healthy.
• Graduated from SMK / STM Engineering Department of Mining Geology.

4. Surveyor (SRV)
• Male, graduate D3/S1 T. Geodesy / CMS Survey and Mapping.
• Experience: Min. 2 years in coordinating the activities of the survey, carry out the survey with total station measurements periodically to coal mining activities, and able to make corrections and calibration of measuring instruments.
• Skills Software: Mapinfo, GIS, & Autocad.

5. Mine Engineer (ME)
• Experience: Min. 5 years in the planning of Mine Planning and Scheduling (short-term and long-term) and the reconciliation of production for the OB and Coal and able to provide technical assistance to the Mining Operation.
• Education: Min. S1 Mining Engineering / Engineering Geology.
• Software Skills: Minescape / Surpac / Minex and Autocad.
• Willing to be located in Berau, East Kalimantan.

6. Mine Foreman (MF)
• Experience: min 3 years in operations ranging from production plant to weightbridge pit mining, maintenance planning, costing, budgeting.
• Education: D3 Mining.
• Preferably have a certificate of POP.

7. Staff Quality Control (QC)
• Education: Min. D3/S1 Engineering Geology / Mining.
• Experience: Min. 1 year in the same position.
• Understanding the Quality and process parameters Blending.

8. General Admin (Adm)
• Male, Min. D3 / S1 Management, Economics.
• Experience Min. 3 years as the General Administration of coal mining companies.
• Software Skills: Microsoft Office, Visio.

9. Camp Manager (CM)
• Male, Min. S1 Management, Economics, Accounting.
• Experience: Min. 3 years in handling and overseeing aspects of the General Service.
• Software Skills: Microsoft Office, Visio.

10. Information Technology (IT)
• Experience Min. 3 years as an IT Support in coal mining company, able to handle troubleshooting program, mengusai VSAT applications, radio and networking.
• Education: Min.D3/S1 Computers / Information Management / Information Systems.
• Software Skills: CISCO, VSAT. OS: Unix / Linux.

Foreman Mining - East Kalimantan
Responsibilities:

* Control & monitor the whole mining activities based on instruction from Mining Supervisor. This is including coal getting and OB removal.
* To maintain the coal quality to be suitable as company standard and expectation.
* Reporting the whole mining activities to the Mining Supervisor.
* Control the mining contractor performance in the area/site.
* Make a daily reports on whole unit on job, coal getting activities, OB removal activities, special note if there’s a chance from the first plan.
* Coordinate with Crushing Plan the coal quality on hauling.

Requirements:

* Male
* Age between 24-30 years old
* Experience: 0-2 years in mining industry
* Bachelor Degree or diploma degree in Mining or Geology.
* Good analytical thinking ability.
* Strong leadership.
* Good interpersonal skill.
* Good command of English both written and spoken.
* Computer literate.

Mine Planning Engineer - East Kalimantan
Responsibilities:

* Work for planning / blending / contract management activities for Mine Planning Department to support the Company’s objective and strategy by providing mine planning, including design, schedule, volume and quality also monitoring for effective and efficient operations and closely coordinate with operation department.
* Able to calculate of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine
* Create mine pit design a, review, check and recommend for superior’s approval.
* Calculate coal quality and quantity, check and recommend for superior’s approve mineable reserve.
* Create mine schedule, review, check and recommend for superior’s approve
* Assist for prepare long-term plan (master plan) which align with Company’s strategy and objective.
* Assist to monitor and ensure the contractor follows and comply with the contract.
* Create blending plan, and monitor coal blending to meet targeted quality.
* Assist to provide necessary data for consultants/other function.

Requirements:

* Male
* Age between 24-30 years old
* Experience: 0-2 years in mining industry
* Bachelor Degree in Mining.
* Good analytical thinking ability.
* Strong leadership.

Mine Superintendent
Degree in mining engineering, minimum 7 years experience in coal mining, poses POM certificate and fluent in English both oral & written.

Drill & Blast Engineer
Degree in mining Engineering, minimum 3 years experience as Drill & Blast engineer, poses blasting certificate also fluent in English both oral & written.

Drill & Blast Supervisor
SMU or D3 in mining will preferably, POP certificate, minimum 5 years experience in open pit drill & blast operation also poses blasting certificate.

Drilling Foreman
SMU or D3 in mining will be preferably, minimum 3 years experience in open pit drilling operation and familiar with rotary percussive drill machine.

Drill & Blast Administration
SMU, minimum 1 year experience in magazine and explosive clerical job, computer literature and able to communicate in English.

Magazine Keeper
SMU or D3 ini mining will preferably, minimum 3 years experience in Drill & Blast operation, posses blasting certificate and familiar with P1/P22 and magazine management.

Blaster
SMU, or D3 in mining will preferably, minimum 3 years experience in surface blasting operation, posses blasting certificate and well known with nonel tie-up.

SMU, or D3 in mining will be preferably, POP certificate and have a minimum 5 years experience in coal mine.

Coal Mining Foreman
