PT Ricobana Abadi was established on February 19, 1981, operating its core business in heavy equipment contract services and spareparts supplies. The lead of heavy equipment rental division was initiated by bulldozers and excavators rental services to PT Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam persero, Tanjung Enim, Sumatra Selatan, which is still in progress until now.In the following year, this division started to facilitate heavy equipment services to other companies such as PT Jaya Konstruksi MP, PT Caltex Pacific Indonesia, etc.
In 1991, heavy equipment rental and contractor division undertook the earth work construction project and became the sub-contractor of JO Jaya Obayashi for the first time in respect to the Paiton PLTU project building. Until recent, PT Ricobana Abadi has owned and operated a large number of small to big machines which is spreadout at various projects in Indonesia.

D3/S1 Civil Engineering / Mining / Geology, For 5th Supervisor experience in the planning and operational coal or mineral mining. 3 year experience as Planner to master and mine planning software Surpac Minescape.
Drill Blast Supervisor (002 DBS)
3 year experience, Certificate of Interpreter explosive classes 2 and POP, mastering software drillblast.
Senior Surveyor (002 SVY)
SMK/D3 Civil Engineering, Mining, Geology. Min 3 year experience of field measurements of the topography of the mine.
MINING SERVICE
Safety Supervisor (003 SS)
Supervisor Experience min 5 year, Payer has a valid driver's license, certified Primary Operations Supervisor.
PLANT
Maintenance Supervisor (004 MS)
5 year experience in machine maintenance planning and heavy mining equipment spare parts. Mastering operational and heavy equipment applications.
Maintenance Planner Spv (004 MP)
D3/S1 Mechanical Engineering / Heavy Equipment. Min 2 year experience in the position the same
Mechanic (004 MEC)
SMK. Experience 2 year maintenance treatment Mine Heavy Equipment Unit.
OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
HR Supervisor (005 HRSPV)
S1 Psychology / Law / Economics. Managerial experience min 2 year in the Personnel, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Training Development.
GA Supervisor (005 GASPV)
All majors S1, min 3 year experience in General Affairs Operations, purchasing and logistics., Preferably have min 1 yr experience in the Civil Registry.
FA Supervisor (005 FASPV)
S1 Management / Accountancy / Banking, max age 30 months, min 4 years experience in finance, accounting, tax, cash flow planning, and control assets.
