QA/QC Supervisor
Qualifications:

* Female / Male, Max. 35 years old
* Min. Degree Diploma in food technology, food science or equivalent from a reputable university with min. GPA of 3.00. Applicants who do not include their GPA in their resume will not be processed.
* Has min. 1 year experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control at supervisor level in food manufacturing / bakery industry.
* Experience in GMP and HACCP required.
* Efficiency in computer skills, with proven competency in using Ms. Excel.
* This position requires somebody who is fast learner, able to work under pressure, has good teamwork and communication skill.

QA/QC Manager
Qualification:

* Woman, Max. 40 years old.
* Min. Degree S1 in food technology, food science, engineering or equivalent from a reputable university with min. GPA of 3.00. Applicants who do not include their GPA in their resume will not be processed.
* Has min. 3 years experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control at managerial level.
* Must have experience and excellent knowledge in QA/QC systems, procedures and tools such as customer complaints handling system, corrective/preventive action, 7 QC tools, root cause analysis, and Kaizen.
* Experience in food manufacturing / bakery industry preferred.
* Experience in GMP and HACCP preferred.
* Efficiency in computer skills, with proven competency in using Ms. Excel.
* Good knowledge of ISO certification and TQM would be an added advantage.
* This position requires somebody who is assertive, possess good time management, has sound analytical problem solving, forward planning and excellent leadership, teamwork and communication skill.

Quality Control Manager
Requirements:

• Si Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Information system
  
• Have min 8 years experience in chemical manufacturing / pulp paper / wood industries
  
• Good knowledge in conducting laboratory testing
  
• Good Knowledge in appropriate safety procedures
  
• To assist the Plant Manager to control the quality of the product , handle claim, develop new products
  
• Responsible in developing and maintaining ISO System ie:a9001, 14000 and 18000 and providing technical services relating to products, product applications and customer requirement
  
• Responsible for overall product quality, Assure the product quality meets or exceeds customer requirements and specifications. promote teamwork and open communications in the plant
  
• Provides leadership to employees in the design, development and implementation of polices, system, procedures and practises, to ensure that quality requirements are established and followed
• Established and maintains communications with customers regarding their quality requirements and handles quality complaints, questions and correspondences with regard to quality.
  
• Must be able to understand and interpret product quality specifications, documents / blueprints, sampling technique, control chart and must be knowledge in customer relation skills.

Plant Manager
Requirements:

• Min S1 Degree in Industrial / Technical or Management disciplines
  
• Have min 12 years experience in processing / manufacturing
  
• Must be good communicator and able to give clear directions and able to make solid decisions
  
• Must be strong in implementing procedures and practices to ensure the factory oparates efficiently and comply with ISO 9001 and 14001, OHSAS Standard procedures
  
• Prepare and do analysis on daily, monthly performance or factory
  
• Capable of financial budgetary and analysis management in operatyional & capital expenditures to create efficiency cost and develop better processing flow

Instrument Engineer
Requirements:

• Has at least D3 or S1 degree and graduated from a reputable university
  
• Graduated from Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Physical Engineering
  
• Speak and write English fluently
  
• Had experienced at least 5 years as electrical or instrument technician, and at least 3 years as Engineer at automation industry
  
• Hand on experience with PLC-5 and RS-View "Allan Bradly"
  
• Able to create new program starting from zero, calculating the I/O, create ladder and run the system
  
• Familiar with AC and DC drive. Preferably has experience with AC-Drive "SEW Mivitrac" and DC-Drive "AEG Minisemi", and able to do trouble shooting
  
• Familiar with Microprocessor and Ethemet Communication System
  
• Fully understand of open loop and close loop control

Quality Assurance Manager (Permanent/ Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Implementing company quality system in compliance to regulatory and ISO (International Standards Operations) standard requirement
  
• Assist in work process improvement and problem solving
  
• Assist in internal audit and interdepartmental coordination
  
• Assist regional office on quality matters
  
• Maintains computerize and written records/ reports
  
• Responsible for document control
  
• Conduct quality training
  
• Support supplier/ vendor qualification

Requirements:

• Degree in Quality Management or any Biomedical discipline
  
• Min 3 years working experience in Quality System
  
• Must be meticulous and systematic
  
• Must be a team player with good coordination and with good communication skills
  
• Quality Assurance experiences preferred, not Quality Control
  
• Those with less years of experience will be considered for the QA Executive position
