Staff Accounting and Tax (General Ledger)

Make an accounting report (Balance Sheet, Profit and Lost Statement, Cash Flow, etc). Data Entry, GL, analyze, process, and report. Accounting development especially Accurate implementation as a whole

Requirements:

* Male. Max 35 years old
* Experience min 2 years handling tax accounting (is a must)
* Degree holder from Accounting with min GPA. 3.00.
* Familiar in the area of Tax brevet A,B. (is an advantage)
* Familiar with operating computer (is a must)
* Good at making an accounting report
* Energetic

PRODUCT MARKETING

Scope Of Work:

• Perform a range of activities to effectively market assigned products, such as conducting market research;overseeing product development and design; setting prices; launching new products; overseeing advertising campaigns; and monitoring sales performance
  
• Maintain good relationship with principals; ensure implementation of principal programs in sales activity; negotiate with principal’s for sales target; understand business potential & competition of each principal & seek business opportunity for them
  
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products.
  
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas, identify product features that need to be changed to meet customer needs.
  
• Allocate resources and schedule marketing and advertising activities according to the importance of each product in the organization’s overall marketing strategy for product line.

Requirements:

• Male/Female; Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Product Marketing/Product ( Especially relates to Fire Safety, Fire System, Environment and Pumps : Standard Pump, Proceed Pump)
  
• Min. Bachelor Degree from Engineering preferable Mechanical Engineering with GPA min. 3,00
  
• At least 2 years experience in the same position or 4 years in marketing/sales
  
• Preferably candidates should be familiar handling and dealing with market segment from fire system
  
• Mus have familiar with MS Office especially excel
  
• Must have excellent presentation and communication skills, negotiation and correspondent
  
• Good command of spoken and written in English
  
• Capability to work under pressure and having strong self driven

Marketing Communication & Promotion Section Head

Responsibilities:

• The key contact person to follow up and communicate with clients on all communication plan aspects (above and below the line)
  
• Work with the marketing team and sales team, to coordinate planning of yearly communication plan activities based on from Marketing Head on brand direction, including : overall communication plan format & budgeting, coordinating events & media coordinator.
  
• Execution of communication plans : coordination with Graphic Design, follow up on deadlines for advertising & artwork, working with the media on editorial coverage.
  
• Media coverage & advertising reporting to the brands by month or quarter depending on request by brands, administration work.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree, preferable in Visual Communication.
  
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Supervisor / Coordinator Marketing Communication Promotion.
  
• Hand-on experience and knowledge in event management and contracting work is a MUST.
  
• Preferable has experience in programming: Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, Flash, In Design, Fireworks
  
• Energetic, proactive, creative, well-organized
  
• Strong problem solving and excellent organizational and administration skills.
  
• Strong in English written work as well as presentation skill
  
• Able to work independently and team in a fast – paced environment
  
• Plan and execute all kinds of promotion activities for company
  
• Willing to work under pressure and a very tight deadline
