MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Responsibilities of the Engineer include the long term integrity and short term maintenance activities associated with the Boiler auxiliary equipments, including Air Heater, ID Fans, FD Fans, Precipitator, FGD and its associated equipments.

Candidates for this position should possess minimum qualifications and competencies as follows:

• S-1 degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable University.
  
• Maximum 40 years old.
  
• Possessing minimum 5 years experience as a Maintenance Engineer in Power Generation sector preferably but other heavy industrials, Oil and Gas sector will be considerable as well.
  
• Having a strong experience work on large axial and centrifugal Fans.
  
• Having a strong knowledge of rotating equipment, vibration and balancing.
  
• A sound understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance.
  
• Self starter and having strong motivation.
  
• Excellent English both spoken and written.

CONTROL & INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN - Code: C&I TECH

You will be responsible to perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Field Control & Instrumentation equipment at Boiler & Turbines Plant Area.

Candidate for this position should possess:

• Maximum 35 years old;
  
• Minimum Diploma 3 years (D3) in Physics Engineering or Electronic / Instrumentation from a reputable local University / Polytechnic;
  
• Minimum having 3 years relevant experiences at Power Plant or Heavy Industries;
  
• Good skill in instrumentation, control and automation system troubleshooting;
  
• Having good knowledge in control, instrumentation and automation equipment (pneumatic, electronic and microprocessor bassed / smart system) and familiar with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs and its Man machines interfaces;
  
• Accurate, reliable and enthusiasm;
  
• Capable and willingness to work under pressure and extended working hours;
  
• Good written and spoken English.

CONTROL & INSTRUMENT SUPERVISOR - Code: C&I SPV

The successful applicant will be expected to lead and supervise the C&I and DCS Technician Group on a day to day basis. Responsibilities will include control and supervision of maintenance activities in the areas of C&I and Plant Automation. The ability to support engineers in the areas of planning, troubleshooting and rectification of defects is required.

Applicants for this position should fulfil the following requirements:

• Maximum 40 years old;
  
• Minimum Diploma 3 years (D3) in Physics Engineering or Electronic / Instrumentation from a reputable local University / Polytechnic;
  
• Minimum having 5 years relevant experiences at Power Plant or Heavy Industries;
  
• Good skill in instrumentation, control and automation system troubleshooting;

You will be responsible to perform electrical maintenance at Main Power Plant equipments.

Candidate for this position should possess :

• Minimum Diploma 3 years (03) in Electrical Engineering from a reputable local University
• Having 4 years relevant experiences in heavy industries
• Good skill in electrical machines (Generators, Motors, Switchgears, Transformers, DC Supply, etc) and its associated interlocking and protection system for all voltage levels (low, high and extra high voltage)
• Preferably having sound knowledge in PLC, Corrosion Control Equipment an Electromechanical Systems
• Energic, high enthusiasm, tough and reliable
• Good attitude, able to work in extended and call in times

PLANT PERFORMANCE ENGINEER
The person is responsible to advise Engineering & Operation for efficient Plant Operation & Maintain high plant availability by conducting Plant/Equipment Performance Testing, monitoring and continues evaluation.
Candidate for this position should posses:

• Minimum S-1 degree from reputable university in Mechanical or Physic Engineering.
• Possessing 3 - 5 years of experience in Coal Fired Power Plant Operations.
• Having strong understanding and exposure in heat transfer, thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.
• Familiar with computer software MS-Office, and preferably with MS-Access and VB Application and having good analytical thinking.
• Familiar with ASME-Performance Test Code (PTC) and P&ID.
• Excellent in English both spoken and written.

STORES & INVENTORY CONTROL TEAM LEADER
He is responsible for the operations of warehouse including stock control, material movements and materials security. Directs and controls ware house activities to ensure efficient and economical utilisation of storing facilities.
Candidate for this position should posses:

• Minimum S-1 degree from reputable University in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or other relevant studies.
• Possessing 6 years of experience in similar position in heavy industry on warehouse management, leading store team in carrying out warehouse activities which include control of receipt, storage and issue of materials as well as maintaining adequate stock level to meet operation and maintenance requirements. Liaison with other sections / departments to keep an overview of inventory control.
• Familiar with Computerised inventory Management system such as Maximo and accounting system.
• Honest and having integrity in this position.
• Good leadership.
• Excellent in English both spoken and written.
