Merchandiser / Production Manager (Jakarta, Bali & Bandung)

Requirements:

• Sole responsibility to expanding outsourcing production capacity in high fashion products.
• MBA/reputable university graduate
  
• Not less than 2 years experience in merchandising and production in garment or related fashion industry.
• Strong analytical, leadership, good-interpersonal and communication skill.
  
• Able to work unsupervised and think ‘out of the Box’.
  
• Fluent English is a must, 3rd language will be great.
  
• Passionate in fashion world and beyond.
  
• Good presentation and have well maintained Network, include outsource raw material, production, accessories, order and delivery merchandise.
  
• Excellent Salary/Benefits.
  
• Previous experience in related high profile fashion companies is a plus
  
• Familiar and willingly to post in Jakarta, Bandung and Bali

SENIOR MERCHANDISER

Job Description:

• Control orders & developments
  
• Manage & control team productivity
  
• Make price calculation and negotiations
  
• Follow up orders from placement until shipment
  
• Sourcing of local suppliers
  
• Daily communication with buyers and suppliers
  
• Evaluate proto’s & discuss proto’s with suppliers
  
• Agree delivery dates
  
• Chasing for proto’s & salesman samples
  
• Chasing delivery dates
  
• Coordinating the shipment, etc.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience with the same position in the garment industry
  
• Fluent in English both written and spoken & strong communication skills
  
• Proactive team worker and team leader with good negotiation skills
  
• Strong management skills & aggressive
  
• Excellent knowledge of garments (especially jackets & bottoms)
  
• Self motivated, persistent, proactive, detail oriented
  
• Able to work independently & under pressure
