* Degree / Diploma from fashion design or fashion business.
* Having at least 5 (five) years experience in similar position.
* Mastering principles of product development, fashion design, process of design, merchandising management and pattern know how.
* Strong leadership, strong logic and managerial competence.
* Able to work in a team and easy to adapt with changes.
* Good communication skills.
* Proficient in English, Mandarin and Japanese is an advantage.
* Computer literate, Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
