Informasi CPNS 2011 : Pemerintah Membatalkan Moratorium CPNS 2011 >> Pemerintah membatalkan melakukan moratorium (menghentikan) penerimaan CPNS (Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil), karena tetap akan menerima CPNS sesuai kebutuhan termasuk para honorer.
Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono dalam pidato pengantar rapat terbatas, di Kantor Presiden,
Jakarta, Selasa( 2/8), menyatakan bahwa permasalahan pengangkatan dan perekrutan pegawai negeri yang masih berstatus honorer harus segera diselesaikan, sehingga ada kejelasan status bagi mereka dan tidak menganggu kinerja memberikan pelayanan pada masyarakat.
Rapat terbatas yang membahas bidang politik, hukum dan keamanan itu dihadiri juga Wakil Presiden Boediono dan para menteri terkait.
Presiden menjelaskan pengaturan mengenai pengangkatan pegawai berstatus honorer menjadi pegawai tetap dan juga perekrutan pegawai tidak tetap harus proporsional dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan serta kemampuan anggaran.
Dalam perkembangannya, banyak tenaga honorer baru di banyak daerah. Untuk itu pemerintah berinisiatif mencarikan solusi. “Solusi yang kita mesti ambil, pertama-tama haruslah dihitung secara cermat berapa kebutuhan pegawai negeri ini dalam kegiatan penyelenggaraan negara. Bukan hanya pemerintahan, melainkan juga pada lembaga-lembaga negara yang lain,” kata SBY.
Menteri PAN dan Birokrasi Reformasi AE Mangindaan mengatakan, penerimaan CPNS, khususnya honorer bukan bidang administratif karena bidang ini sudah banyak.
“Jadi sekarang ini penerimaan CPNS bidang teknis-teknis yang diperlukan, seperti penyuluh lapangan pertanian, medis penyuluhan kesehatan,” papar Mangindaan usai rapat terbatas.
Ia mengatakan moratorium tetap dilaksanakan tapi ada pengecualian yakni penerimaan yang paling lama Tahun 2005. Ia menjelaskan penerimaan CPNS harus disesuaikan dengan anggaran negara.
“Jadi moratorium tidak kaku, ada pengecualiannya. Sekarang kalau tidak ada pengecualian, misalnya, mereka yang lulus STPDN (Sekolah Tinggi Pemerintah Dalam Negeri), STAN (Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara) kalau merek tidak diangkat menjadi PNS lalu mau menjadi apa,” papar dia
Mangindaan menambahkan dalam penerimaan CPNS yang penting penerimaannya tidak melebih jumlah yang PNS pensiun, harus lebih kecil dari yang pensiun. “Tahun ini PNS yang pensiun jumlahnya 130 ribu seluruh Indonesia,” katanya. (Pos Kota)

Info CPNS 2011 : Penerimaan CPNS 2011 Masih ada Cuma Usulan Dipangkas >> Pemerintah terpaksa memangkas usulan kebutuhan pegawai di seluruh instansi pusat dan daerah yang mencapai jutaan. Pasalnya dari usulan yang masuk, banyak yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Jika semua usulan diterima, hanya akan membuat daerah bangkrut karena tidak ada lagi dana yang dialokasikan untuk pembangunan.
"Bagaimana tidak akan bangkrut kalau dana APBD-nya habis untuk gaji pegawai. Itu sebabnya banyak usulan yang kita tolak," ungkap Kabag Humas Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) Tumpak Hutabarat yang dihubungi, Selasa (2/8).
Dikatakannya, daerah-daerah yang dana APBD-nya 50-60 persen tersita untuk belanja pegawai, merupakan yang paling banyak ditolak usulannya. Sebab, dari besarnya porsi penggunaan APBD tersebut menunjukkan daerah bersangkutan telah kelebihan pegawai.
Terkait dengan moratorium PNS, Tumpak mengatakan, pemerintah telah memulai sejak tahun ini. Di mana jumlah pegawai yang diterima mulai dikurangi.
"Kalau langsung dihentikan akan menimbulkan masalah baru lagi. Makanya pengurangan pegawai langkah tepat yang diambil pemerintah hingga posisi penerimaan hanya sebatas pada pengisian kursi PNS yang kosong (karena pensiun, meninggal, dan lain-lain)," urainya.
BKN, terang Tumpak, untuk penerimaan CPNS 2011 telah mengusulkan kuota CPNS pusat dan Quota CPNS daerah sekitar 300 ribu, sudah termasuk honorer. Usulan tersebut didasarkan pada analisa kebutuhan pegawai secara nasional.
"Memang pak Menteri PAN-RB mematok 250 ribu, tapi BKN punya pertimbangan lain. Masukan dan usulan BKN ini diterima atau tidak, tergantung pak menteri," tuturnya.
Mengenai formasi CPNS 2011, menurut Tumpak, dibedakan antara daerah "jenuh" (kota/ kabupaten induk) dan pemekaran. Untuk daerah yang sudah jenuh diprioritaskan tenaga guru dan paramedis. Sedangkan daerah pemekaran, diprioritaskan tenaga teknis seperti ahli pertanian, pariwisata, ekonomi, hukum.
"Kalau ada daerah jenuh masih mengusulkan tenaga teknis akan kita tolak. Kecuali ada pertimbangan dan alasan kuat," pungkasnya. (JPNN)

In 1958, the Indonesian goverment took over those three companies and named them as PN Boma, PN Indra, PN Bisma.
On August 30, 1971 those three companies were merge into PT Boma Bisma Indra (BBI). Our first most important step is the license agreement with Stork Werspoor Sugar - Holland in 1974 where we learned to develop our ability in designing, manufacturing and completing construction of sugar factory, palm oil, steam boiler and pressure vessel.
The second agreement with Klockner Humbolt Deutz - Germany in manufacturing of diesel engines in 1997, set course into development of enery conversion technology. To lead BBI into modern company featured with well technology and equipment, we make an expansion in diesel engine plant and industrial equipment. We combine those efforts by various training domestic and abroad as well as scholarship to raise the professionalism of our employees.In the year 1998, Indonesian goverment adopted BBI under the National Strategic Industry.
Soon, BBI has grown rapidly as a company focusing in power generator, automative application, pumps set, earth moving machinery, agrobased industry and more.

Whether as a public legal entity or as civil legal entity, the position of Bank Indonesia is regulated by the statutes. As a public legal entity, Bank Indonesia has the authority to issue policy rules and regulations, which are binding to the public - at - large. As a civil legal entity, Bank Indonesia is able to represent itself in and outside the court of law.
The new Bank Indonesia Act demands that Bank Indonesia must always adhere to the principles of accountability and transparency in implementing its duties, authorities and budget. The accountability and transparency demanded from Bank Indonesia are intended to increase all stakeholders' participation in overseeing every policy taken by the Bank.
From the aspect of implementing duties and authority, accountability and transparency are applied in the form of open information pertaining the evaluation of monetary policy implemented in the previous year, and monetary policy plan and monetary target for the next year, to public via mass media at the commencement of each year. Such information is also reported directly to the President and The House of Representatives - DPR.
Under the supervisory function of The House of Representatives, Bank Indonesia is required by law to submit a quarterly -- or as per request -- progress report on implementation of its duties and responsibilities.
For transparency in budgeting, Bank Indonesia is required to submit its annual budget to The House of Representatives. In addition, Bank Indonesia Annual Report is submitted to State Auditors (BPK) for auditing and the result is announced to the public through mass media. Bank Indonesia is also obliged to prepare a weekly balance sheet for publication in the State Gazette (Berita Negara Republik Indonesia).
Bank Indonesia participated in Career Days IX activities organized by the Engineering Career Center Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM ECC) on 22 till July 23, 2011 at Gedung Graha Sabha Pramana, Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta.
