Medical Check-up Head Unit

* S1 General Practitioner / preferably has S2 graduated
* Min 2 years experience in hospital management
* Preferably has certificate HIPERKES

Training & Development Officer (Batam in Based)

To develop and integrate training and development practices and solutions to meet the needs of the organization. Plan, direct and deliver programs through the implementation of best-practice learning methodologies and design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from any discipline preferably human resource management, industrial psychology or Engineering.
  
• Minimum of 3 years working experience as Training & Development Officer in a company having more than 300 employees.
  
• Experienced to conduct training needs analysis up to evaluation of its effectiveness.
  
• Hands on experience in setting modules and facilitating training
  
• Knowing job evaluation, performance management, and competency management.
  
• Familiar with Microsoft office and HRMS software
  
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
  
• A self starter with a high degree of initiative.
  
• A flexible team player with a proven ability to work successfully in a matrix reporting environment.
  
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  
• Willing to be stationed in Batam Island.
