DRILLING SUPERINTENDENT (Land Rigs)

Manage the day to day land drilling rigs operations and coordination with all key stakeholders in order to maximize efficiency and cost effectiveness of the well drilling and completion operations with full compliance to the country Laws and Regulations and the HSE Management System of the Company and the Clients operating requirements.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage drilling rigs to enable safe, cost effective and efficient drilling and completion operations
• Liaise with company clients management team on daily basis to provide full support to improve well delivery processes and well productivity
  
• Ensure all field operations are in compliance with regulator and company policies
  
• Coordinate and liaise with service providers to assure continuity, effectiveness and efficiency of the operations
  
• Track review and approve all expenditures within own scope of work
  
• Monitor and manage financial performance, minimize cost and rigs downtime, maximize performance, monitor and report profits and losses

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 10 (ten) years experience in drilling with 3 (three) years in similar job
  
• Competent technically with hands on experience and full understanding of rig equipment functions, capabilities and limitations and commissioning of new rigs
  
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting problems on the rigs, mechanical and electrical failures, and down hole problems
  
• Strong HSE background with safety leadership skills, coaching and mentoring skills, incident investigation skills, knowledge of the most common HSE tools and skills
  
• Ability to engage with people and work in multinational culture, lead by example and respect
  
• Strong in creating , enabling and managing relationships with the clients with full respect and trust to gain their continuous trust and credibility
  
• Strong presentation and computer skills

COMMISSIONING INSTRUMENTATION
Qualification Required:

• Senior instrumentation commissioning engineer with 5 years experience in commissioning activities and familiar with OPERCOM methodology

COMMISSIONING LEAD ENGINEER
Qualification Required:

• Professional engineer educated to, as a minimum, degree level with at least five years senior experience of production operations and commissioning in the International Oil and Gas industry
• Experience in sub-sea gas transmission systems is strongly preferred
• Good knowledge of the utilization of Opercom commissioning methodology
• Will need to show leadership and add value to the contributions of the members of the Project community as well as good communication skills

ICAPS & PLANNING COORDINATOR
Qualification Required:

• Professional experience: at least 5-7 years of experience in Commissioning/ Field Operations
• Good knowledge of Opercom/ICAPS is mandatory
• Fluent in English with previous experience in Angola and off-shore

Good knowledge on windows operating system and networking system is necessary
• Ability to work in a service relationship and ability to work independently while maintaining good relationship with colleagues, site maintenance team and others

PRODUCTION SHIFT SUPERVISOR
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Technical Engineering or equivalent
• 10 – 15 years of experiences in the production / process operations of Oil & Gas, with minimum 5 years of experiences in LNG plant
• Minimum 5 years in supervisory positions

SAFETY ENGINEER
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering discipline: Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent
• 8 - 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas operations including 3 - 5 years experiences in LNG plants
• Familiar with international standards, codes, and systems applicable in HSE Management System
• Having experience as Safety Training Instructor is an advantage
• Having solid Training records in the area of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) in the Oil & Gas or LNG environment
• Working knowledge of computer applications and methods
• Good command of spoken and written English

SENIOR MARINE OFFICER
Required Qualifications:

• Graduated from a Marine Engineering or equivalent
• 10 - 15 specific experience in the marine / terminal operations of Oil & Gas including minimum 3 years in LNG operations
• Having several years of experience in Ship / Shore Interface Operations and LNG Berthing activities in an LNG Terminal
• Having relevant international certification related to Marine operations is mandatory
• Having spent several years at sea ideally on LNG carriers or vessels
• Good command of spoken and written English
