Project Management Lead

Responsibilities:
Job Purpose

* To accomplish to the annual sales targets activity
* To assume front line interface between Company and Client in implementing Contracts.
* To provide contractual outputs to clients in accordance with contractual obligations
* To manage financial aspects, including invoicing and payments

Area of Responsibility

* Participate for realizing Activity ‘s order intake targets and Units’s strategy in each project. And To generate order confirmation upon receiving of contract / purchase order
* Coordinate the submission of Performance Bonds, Production Schedules; Drawing Lists; and Project Report
* Prepare projects, order necessary materials, manage, follow up and control the progress of projects as well as Gate Review Meetings up to delivery to customer
* Follow up manufacturing progress of orders and provide necessary technical documentations.
* Generate project schedule and initiate working order, verify procurement document related to project
* Provide communication and link during manufacturing of order between customer and Unit
* Look over contract items and come to an agreement with all responsible persons involved
* Control all correspondences with the client related to project execution, and negotiate the delivery schedule and variation order, if necessary
* Ensure the order is executed and controlled within budget, delivery schedule and quality conformance
* Follow up and ensure the completeness of the Contract Completion

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial) or at least 3 year(s) of working experience as project engineer in a similar activity
* Fluent in English both written and spoken, Fluent in French & Spain would be a plus point
* Knowledge related to company's Management System & Procedures (ISO 9001, EHS & ISO 14001)
* Having understanding in High Voltage, switchyards/substation

Test Engineer
(Jakarta Raya - Klender - Jakarta Timur)

Responsibilities:
Job Purpose

* To perform the testing based on correlated international standard and contractual customer requirement and to ensure the transformer can be released from factory fulfilling the reliability and contractual specification.

Area of Responsibility

* Perform the final control of products and projects on time and accurate
* Fill out the test reports as foreseen in the relevant standards
* Create the data and make the pareto analysis of fault reports for the required statistics
* Support the actuality of final control devices’ calibration certificates
* Create and sustain the accessibility of routine test reports of projects
* Determine the requirement of the necessary equipment for a proper final control process
* Take care the EHS rules and arrange the final control area layout accordingly
* Keep the final control equipment clean and in line with 5S rules
* Arrange the Factory Acceptance Test and be prepared before them in terms of organization of shop floor, documentation etc. Create the protocols and get the approval of the supervisor and order follow-up engineer

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or at least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

QC Inspector

Responsibilities:
Mission

* Inspection and control for quality of process and quality of product at specified gates to ensure compliance to Requirement and Technical Standard.

Objectives

* Inspect and control readiness of Power Transformer and accessories after FAT and until delivery.
* Inspect and control closing of finding in FAT Punch List
* Inspect and control dispatch process of Power Transformer.
* Record and report any non conformities in database system.
* Record process of Power Transformer manufacturing process in Route Card and QC Forms

Competencies:

RF ENGINEER
Requirements and Job Responsibilities:

* To conduct radio network optimization, undertaking coverage and interference improvement and analysis for WIMAX/WCDMA network.
* To use various tools to perform, analyze, troubleshoot, identify and provide solutions or suggestion on RF optimization from statistic performance, drive test, complaints handling
* Manage optimization activities including deployment of drive test teams, analysis of DT results and recommendations for parameter tuning as necessary.
* Establish and implement a reporting structure on progress against project deliverables and KPIs to meet project timelines, budget, negotiate and achieve network KPIs during RF optimization

Competencies:

* Minimum 1-3 years of experience in RF optimization
* Familiar in the fundamentals of WCDMA/WIMAX.
* Familiar multi vendors’ wireless equipment operation and wireless network optimization.
