Criteria:

• Be mill advisor or senior mill engineer and have a good career

• Should preferably have a recognized Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineering
  
• Work experience in Indonesia would be an advantage
  
• Able to work independently

Mill Managers
Criteria:

• Be currently a Mill Manager or Assistant Manager or Mill Engineer and have a good career track record
  
• Have at least a second Grade Steam Engineer Certificate of Competency
  
• Should have preferably attended and completed MPOGC/PORIM Course for Palm Oil Engineers
  
• Should preferably have a recognized Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineering
  
• Work experience in Indonesia would be an advantage

Estate Managers
To be responsible in developing and managing +10-15 thousands hectares of oil palm plantations

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years experience in related position in reputable oil palm plantation company
  
• Bachelor degree/diploma in related discipline /AISP/LISP
  
• Candidates with Indonesian/Kalimantan planting experience will have a better advantage
  
• Possess substantial experience in oil palm development from jungle
  
• Possess the capacity to deal with the development of “Kebun Plasma”
  
• Possess the capacity to work with the Indonesian local government, authorities in respect of land and its associated issues
  
• Possess the capacity to work with the local community especially where “Adat” land is involved

• To teach, train and demonstrate our products and systems installation to the contractors and applicators at the construction jobsites and projects.
  
• To demonstrate our products and systems at dealers’ retail shops and during exhibitions.
  
• To cooperate with our Sales Representatives and Commercial team, so that we provide the best technical services to the different actors of the construction market.
  
• To analyse and follow-up the eventual customers’ complaints and help them applying our best installation practices for avoiding any defect at the jobsites.
  
• To participate in the products training of our Commercial team.
  
• To report regularly on your visits, actions and market trends.

Requirements:

• Female or male, 20-30 years old.
  
• High School / SMK / D III Civil or Construction or equivalent.
  
• Minimum 2 – 3 years experience at construction projects sites.
  
• Good handicraft skills, building materials knowledge.
  
• Good team player, good in communication and presentation.
  
• Driving license A is a must.
  
• English (a minimum understanding is required).
