Maintenance Manager (MM) based in Cimapag - Sukabumi
The successful candidate will report to Quality Control Manager and will tackle the following activities :

* Supervise the maintenance team, approximately 20 employees
* Set up maintenance & electrical work plan, implement as well as evaluate the work and take action in appropriate way & time concern
* Implement Productive & Preventive Maintenance
* Solve equipment troubles and provide suggestion for improvement
* Able to conduct overhaul activity (specially during long holidays)
* Measure related environmental protection and work safety in accordance with both local provision and predefined Sud-Chemie standards
* Define contract work and supervise contractors

To best fit you must be :

* A university graduate in Mechanical Engineering
* At least 8 years work experience in comparable function in Ceramic, Chemical, etc. industry
* Able to implement Productive & Preventive Maintenance
* Proficient in written and verbal English & Computer Literacy
* Ready for on call as required
* Excellent in leadership skill and interpersonal & communication skill as well
* High level of commitment & dedication
* Positive in work attitudes, initiative, strong desire for results, experience in running projects on his own

Electrical Engineer (SEE) based in Cimapag - Sukabumi
The successful candidate will report to Quality Control Manager and will tackle the following activities :

* Supervise daily work for the electrician team to do in proper way
* Suggest & follow up regarding continuous improvement on electrical installations
* Support to handle maintenance order reports
* Identify and check all panels and electricity installation
* Support & implement The Health & Safety Program
* Provide accurate report to Senior Maintenance Manager

To best fit you must be :

* A university graduate in Electrical Engineering
* At least 3 years work experience in comparable function also with electrical contractor
* Proficient in written and verbal English & Computer Literacy
* Ready for on call or shift rotation as required
* Understanding PLC Control will be advantage
* Excellent in leadership skill and interpersonal & communication skill as well
* High level of commitment & dedication
* Positive in work attitudes, initiative, strong desire for results, experience in running projects on his own
