Multinational Oil Trading, Sea Transportation and Mining Company - Crew Manager, Ship Crew, Accounting Staff, Secretary to President Director

We are a multi national company operating in the field of oil trading, sea transportation and mining. Due to our business expansion we are looking for the right candidates to fill in several position:

1. Crew Manager (English speaking) - Former Seafarer, Engineer or Officer

• Class 1 deck or engineer, former senior navy officers preferred
• To be stationed in Jakarta office
• The duties and responsibilities includes
• Source for crew
• Maintain data of crew
• Check certificates
• Arrange for crew travel
• Liase with local manning agents

2. Ships crew (English speaking)

• Class 1 /2 deck officer (Captain/Chief Officer - foreign going vessel)
• Class 1 /2 engine officer (Chief Engineer/2nd Engineer - foreign going vessel)
• Class 3 /4 deck officer (Captain/Chief Officer - bunker vessel operating in Singapore)
• Class 3 /4 engine officer (Chief Engineer/2nd Engineer - bunker vessel operating in Singapore)

3. Accounting Staff

• Min S1 accounting from reputable university
• At least 1 year experience in similar position
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Able to operate MS office and understand tax regulation is a must Fluent in English both oral and written is a must

4. Secretary to President Director

• Minimum 2 years experience in same position
• Advance in English (both oral and written)
• Excellent computer skill
• Attractive and pleasant personality
• Chinese speaking would be an advantage
