ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER (BASED IN JAKARTA)

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for operations in finance & accounting, reporting, internal controls, taxation and general administration of the company and to ensure these operations are functioned efficiently and effectively
• Responsible for the completeness and timeliness reporting of monthly, quarterly and yearly closing, internal & external reporting
• Cost accounting, performance analysis, forecast and budget of the Company
• Cash flow management, banking activities, currency risk management, treasury and financing matters
• Reporting of corporate income taxation, withholding taxation, value added taxation, import duties and other direct and indirect taxation
• Assist in HR functions, secretary activities, statutory fitting, liaison with external auditors, tax agents and legal advisors.

Requirement:
• Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accountancy
• At least 5 years working experience in a fully computerized accounting systems environment, preferably ERP Experience in SAP is an added advantage
• Service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skill
• High proficiency in MS-excel application, advance user
• Positive and good working attitude, willing to contribute, good team player and able to work independently.

Key responsibilities:

• Build, develop and maintain sound relationships with Customers
  
• Play a key role in Segment Business team to develop future strategies for the growth of the business and continued development of customer base.
  
• Prepare and achieve revenue budgets and unit sales for allocated distribution channels.
  
• Create and manage account development/regular cell plans to Customers.

Your profile:

• Having formal qualifications in mining, heavy engineering or equivalent disciplines. Master s degree is preferred.
  
• 6-10 years experience in rock processing, crushing system, and conveyor material handling system. Business development experience In Construction business with demonstrated growth results is essential. Previous design experience will be an added advantage.
  
• Strong networking skills and ability to actively manage customer relationships within a matrix organisation.
  
• Good command of written and spoken English.
  
• Customer service oriented with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  
• A self starter and self motivated person with strong drive to perform and have ability to work within a small highly motivated team environment

Key responsibilities :

• Provide a broad range of sales, customer service and aftermarket support to customers in Indonesia.
• Develop sales opportunities for Conveyor Components products.
• Assess end understand customers equipment performance and reliability in order to reduce operational costs for them.
• Develop sales and service plan for designated accounts / territory
• Participate in gap and market analysis, forecasting and competitor activity
• Assess technical issues and prepare / submit quotations for small to medium expenditure.
• Provide customers feedback and monthly status reports on business activity of the accounts.
• Partner with customers to provide solutions with respect to Aftermarket Terms and Conditions.

Your profile :

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in conveyor system maintenance and/or planning, preferably in a mining company.
• Proven sales experience or keen to learn sales techniques under the Sales Training Program
• Hands-on knowledge in maintenance practices of conveying system and other works related to fixed plant maintenance.
• Knowledge of the mining industry and in conveyor service contracts would be an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and preferably with knowledge in Ellipse and/or AutoCAD.

Kay responsibilities:

Key responsibilities :

• Responsible for the business results.
• Ensure there are appropriate facilities, tools and resources to deliver aftermarket services to all customers.
• Meet revenue targets through direct personal management of key customers in the region and through the development of high performance sales team.
• Ensure the implementation of a competence development program to secure talent in the organization.
• Responsible for investigating competitor activities and conduct relevant market research to maintain market competitiveness.
• Actively search for ways to promote the full product range to all customers.
• Work closely with Product Managers and the Regional Aftermarket Team to grow the Tools, Parts and Services businesses.
• Manage the branches and site facilities.
• Financial Analysis and manage expenses within budget.
• Participate in the Regional Segment Management team with the objective of ensuring effective implementation of the Global Strategy, and by contributing to meet business commitments.

Requirements :

• Relevant university degree holder with 10 to 15 years of sales and marketing experience in the mining industry.
• Strong business acumen with excellent people management and leadership qualities.
