Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Responsibilities:

* Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, including dispatching of pick-ups and service information

Requirements:

* Male/Female
* Minimum D3 certificate or equivalent
* Fresh graduate are welcome to apply or min. 1 year experience in a customer service environment
* Above average general office skills, including typing and filing
* Strong written and oral (telephone) communication skills in both local and English languages
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Ability to work variable shifts based on business needs
* Computer literate
* Emotionally mature
* Ready to join on immediately

Legal Specialist
Main Responsibility: Performs legal drafts, legal reviews and legal advices for company purpose. Performs legal research and prepare analyses, summaries and reports as required to complete legal matter and project

Requirements:

• Minimal S1 in Law Degree with major in economic / business law, private law or international law.
  
• Minimum 1-2 years experiences in law firm or legal department and handle corporate law, business law, contract law and/or any related law for the business main core
  
• Knowledge and practical comprehension of legal aspect and legal matter.
  
• Conceptual and ability in developing legal letter as legal document
  
• Computer literate and English fluency
