PT Progenist Systems, a SaaS provider. Our client's enterprises can now subscribe into a "pool" of IT Services that allow them to get far more for their money, rather than hiring its own IT staffs to provide very expensive and extremely limited solutions. What this means is that enterprises can now subscribe to IT solutions to do their Customer Interaction Tracking Management (CITM), Enterprise Asset and server Management while subscribing to ITIL Methodology at a fraction of the cost.

Senior Web Programmer

Responsibilities:

• Work with Internet Development Team to meet technical expectations and goals
  
• Be responsible for one or more technical aspects of development
  
• Contribute to the development and implementation of SaaS web based application system.
  
• Participate in routine product builds.
  
• Participate in design and code reviews.
  
• Participate in internal testing to identify problems early, perform error and stress scenarios.
  
• Must be able to work independently without continuous direct supervision from manager
  
• Identify and recommend where new technologies may be incorporated
  
• Work with Business Analysts to aid in the design of the system
  
• Mentor junior developers

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  
• Required skill(s): Ajax, Zend Framework, JavaScript, PHP, C#, MYSQL, Java, Flash a plus.
  
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
  
• 2 Full-Time positions available.
  
• Minimum SMK in CS, Undergraduate degree/S1 in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience. S2/Master a major plus
  
• Experience defining technical expectations and goals of projects
  
• 2+ years in the IT industry and a good understanding of the full life cycle of product development (Newly Graduates with the same passion are also welcome to apply)
  
• For newly graduate a minimum GPA or 3.5 and up or equivalent.
  
• Understand majority of the framework. Understanding zend framework a major plus.
  
• Hands-on experience in Web technologies such as ASP, PHP, JSP, Perl, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, Ajax. Other languages knowledge such as C++, C#, Flash and Java a Major plus
• Understand the concept of CMS and have been able to do CMS mod programming in the past
  
• Understand Agile methodology
  
• Understanding in SMARTY PHP class
  
• Understanding in Unified Modeling Language A Major Plus
  
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of database/data modeling concepts
  
• Experience in XML and Lighttpd
  
• Experience using Linux, Apache and OpenSSL.
  
• Experience in Microsoft Active Directory Development as well as LDAP Lite is a plus
  
• Experience in Mobile Web Development such as, Windows Mobile, BlackBerry, Opera mini
  
• Tech Writing ability a plus
  
• Interested in learning new technologies and willing to bring in the new technologies to improve the product. If it doesn’t exist, build it.
  
• Strong analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  
• Understand the concept of Business Process Automation
  
• Demonstrated interest in, knowledge of, and enthusiasm for Internet technologies
  
• Must be self-motivated and have strong communication skills, written and oral
  
• Result oriented ability
  
• High Speed Internet connection and skype from home a major plus
  
• Must be able to meet deadline set and handle the stress associated with fulfilling deadline.
• Must be able to succeed in a dynamic team environment or working independently and be open to overtime when necessary
  
• Must be able to work independently without continuous direct supervision from manager
