Customer Service
(Jawa Timur - Surabaya)

Responsibilities:

* Ensure delivery of excellent customer service
* accurate processing of orders
* coordinate with other department to resolve inquires

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Administration.

Production Planner

Responsibilities:

* Preparing the production planning
* Schedulling available information related to incoming orders and minimum balances
* to ensure on time in full delivery (OTIF) of finished goods

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or Statistic

Senior Chemist

Responsibilities:

* Support Laboratory & QC section
* Analyzing, optimizing, and monitoring the daily QC activity
* Organize the daily colour matching activity

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical).

Purchasing Support

Responsibilities:

* Monitor stock status through coordinating and controlling delivery to ensure sufficient stock for production use.
* Assist on time shipment clearance through leasing with forwarding agent to avoid late clearance.
* Ensure on time documentation through leasing with account department.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical), or Business Studies/Administration/Management
* 1 year experience in purchasing
* Good command of English spoken and written

Key Account Marine - Makassar
(Sulawesi Selatan - Makassar)

Responsibilities:

* Maintain key customers in order to increase business
* Develop and analyse potential market in South Sulawesi
* Target new potential market and customer in Marine segments
* Manage sales distribution of dealership
* Present commercial and technical product to key customers
