PRE-SALES (CODE : PS)

Requirements :

• Have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  
• Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of software project implementation experience
  
• Have knowledge and skill to specify business requirement
  
• Have knowledge and skill in development methodology model, application architecture, preferred SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) environment
  
• Have good communication skill & analytical problem solving skill
  
• Able to communicate with people at all levels and to work under pressure
  
• Fluent in presentations, negotiations and ability to liaise with top management
  
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation skills
  
• Strong personality, self motivation, good leadership, able to work independent or team, resourceful and business-oriented
  
• Self motivated, willing to undertake challenges, strong logical thinking and fast learner
  
• English both oral and written is a must

Job Description :

• Support the sales teams in closure of all sales opportunities
  
• Understand and analyze customer's business needs
  
• Prepare and conduct solution demonstration to prospective clients
  
• Perform feasibility studies and proof of concept
  
• Preparation of business proposals addressing clients business needs

PROJECT MANAGER (CODE : PM)

Requirements :

• Master or Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or other relevant major disciplines
  
• Have 2 - 3 years experience as project manager in banking industries
  
• Have strong knowledge and skill in project management with proven project management experience utilizing a globally recognized project methodology / procedure / processes
  
• Excellent in English (spoken & written)
  
• Strong in leadership to manage team
  
• Able to working under pressure
  
• Preferred experience in supporting business development opportunities through proposal creation, review and presentation
  
• Target oriented and highly self-motivated
  
• Ability to work under pressure and independently in team
  
• Highly self-confidence and strong initiative

Job Description :

• Meet with clients to develop project specifications
  
• Design solutions using combination of hardware & software technologies
  
• Responsible to make project proposals and presentation
  
• Manage project development process coordinating with system analyst, developer, customer and suppliers
  
• Responsible to report project status and project briefings to customer and management
  
• Management of multiple simultaneous IT projects
  
• Responsible to execute and deliver IT projects both fixed price or time and materials, moderately complex in nature
  
• Ensuring that customer solutions are delivered on time, within scope, to budget and to the required quality standards
