This includes civil, marine, structural, mechanical & electrical work.

Activity Coordinator

Position Description:
  • These are full time positions reporting to the Facility Manager. These individuals will be responsible for contract administration, coordination, monitoring and reporting. They are to support contract negotiations between the Facility Manager and service providers and to monitor contracted deliverables against the Facility M&E Framework and MC Performance Assessment Framework.
  • The positions will be based in Jakarta with frequent travel to project sites.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • The Activity Coordinators should hold degree in a discipline related to natural resource management and/or business and management. The individual should have at least 5 years work experience in the Overseas Development Sector with demonstrated experience in contract management. AusAID experience would be considered an advantage.
  • It is expected that the Activity Coordinators will be an Indonesian national and must be able to work in English.
Terms of Reference:
  • Assist in contract preparation for local, regional, and international consultants and organizations for the Facility.
  • Monitor the status of contract implementation and performance against the Facility M&E Framework, Performance Assessment Framework and other Facility Guidelines (ie Environmental Management Plan and Gender Development Framework).
  • Under the supervision of the Facility Manager:
  • Manage service provider contracts including, review of sub contracts, procurement of sub-contractors for specified activities, ensure quality reporting, monitoring of contracted activities and convening service provider meetings were necessary.
  • Process contract payments, and monitor sub contract acquittals against the basis of payment, and budget monitoring.
  • Process all financial and contract records according to the established Imprest Management System guidelines.
  • Manage contract administration activities and maintain the company filing system in accordance with AusAID requirements.
  • Training and development of IAFCP/ KFCP administration staff.
  • Liaise, coordinate and provide logistical support to AusAID’s Technical Advisors and Officials from the Government of Indonesia.
  • Support the Kalimantan Forests and Climate Partnership (KFCP) Office in Palangka Raya and provide ongoing support to staff in these offices in various areas including contract management of all service providers.
  • Check disbursement, verify accuracy of calculations and completeness of supporting documents.
  • Maintain and carry out local and international procurement for goods and services.

Lowongan Kerja Senior Finance Manager

PT Aurecon IndonesiaAurecon (formerly Connell Wagner) has been operating in Indonesia since the mid-1990s when a representative office in Jakarta opened. PT Aurecon Indonesia primarily focuses on providing infrastructure and materials handling for mining operations, port facilities and power stations. The office has also carried out major infrastructure projects such as the Triple Decker motorway project in 1998. As Aurecon has expanded within the region, we now also provide civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and project management services in power, mining, transportation, telecommunications and buildings.

Senior Finance Manager

Responsibilities:
  • This is a full time position with financial management responsibility for the IAFCP Facility, including management of both Imprest Account and Operational Account. The individual will report to the Facility Manager and be responsible for managing and controlling the finances of the Facility, budgeting, reporting and financial analysis of the Facility, providing financial support to the Facility Manager and PO.
  • The position will be based in Jakarta with some travel to project sites.
Qualification and experience:
  • The Finance Manager should be qualified (degree or post-graduate degree) in an accounting, business administration or financial management discipline. The individual must have demonstrated 5+ years of financial management of large and complex projects (preferably in the natural resource management sector) including experience managing grants and/or sub-contracts. Previous experience working on audits is essential. Familiarity with AusAID projects and programs would be considered an advantage. A demonstrated understanding of Indonesian company and organisation financial regulations and Indonesian taxation laws is required.
  • It is expected that the Finance Manager will be an Indonesian national and must be fluent in both written and oral English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Terms of Reference:
  • Manages financial management procedures with clear and transparent mechanisms and processes, complies with the requirements of the MC and AusAID
  • Management of Facility Operational Funds, including the Imprest account for grant funding, reimbursable cost paid, and funds for sub-contracting, financial reporting of grant funds by grantees, disbursement and accounting of funds according to Commonwealth of Australia procedures;
  • Manage the Imprest Management System (IMS)
  • Monitor all project expenditure on a monthly basis; and
  • Development of manuals and training to support quality financial reporting for all IAFCP staff (and possibly sub-contractors where required)
  • Provide quarterly Funding Schedules and all acquittal documentation required under the AusAID contract;
  • Coordination with all IAFCP project offices on project fund allocations and expenditure;
  • Conduct internal and external audits as necessary on use of Imprest Account and systems
  • Supervise, monitor and support the Finance Officer and Activity Coordinators; and
  • Provide all requested financial reports to the Facility Manager and/or PO office in a timely and efficient manner.
