M&E PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities:

* To lead a team of consultants and on-site contractors and project manage 1 or more development and A&A projects
* To support colleagues in need of assistance and advice of M&E nature for development and A&A projects
* To plan, coordinate, lead and manage development and A&A projects
* To ensure all Manuals, Certificates and Warranties for major equipment for MEP in placed and documented
* M&E functions including conceptual/feasibility studies, design, construction plan preparation and approvals; and liaise with other departments to achieve timely delivery.
* Project Planning (high rise building) & coordination

Requirement:

* Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from reputable university.
* Read and write English fluently is a must; computer literate and familiar with MS Project & MS Office
* At least 5-10 years experience as a M&E consultant or contractor
* Good technical knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical and experience of Mechanical and Electrical cost planning and post-contract works for commercial building projects.
* Good understanding in engineering construction, ME system and materials
* Knowledge in the application process for utilities with relevant authority in electricity supply, water supply, telecommunication connection and gas supply.
* Able to speak Malay or Indonesian from Singapore, Malaysia or Indonesia

Architectural Project Manager
Responsibilities:

* To be able to work independently and project manage both the development and A&A projects
* Ability to review architectural design and works
* Ability to plan, direct, monitor and coordinate works at site to ensure compliances to technical requirement.
* Ability to work with, manage and motivate consultants and contractors to achieve goals and targets as set out by the company
* Ability to provide updated reporting to immediate superiors on a prescript time frame
* Ability to carryout presentation with ease to management
* Ability to work effectively using Microsoft Office and emails.
* Ability to work effectively using Microsoft Project
* Ability to conduct one self professional and portrait the corporate image as set out by the company
* Ability to work with various departments and communicate effectively to achieve department goals

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in Architectural
* Minimum 5-8 years experience in architectural consultant
* Minimum 3 years experience as Project Manager
* Must be able to speak both English and Indonesian or Malaysia

Tax Manager

To proactively manage tax compliance and tax accounting function and provide advice to the business on tax issues. The role is expected to provide training and mentoring to marketing and staff to build local tax expertise and ensure succession planning.

• Manage all tax monthly and annual tax reporting required and data production to file accurate and timely returns with the tax authorities for statutory and regulatory reporting
  
• Manage and control technical tax issues to ensure the reporting is accurate and in line with Indonesian accounting standards
  
• Review, develop and monitor controls over tax accounting and reporting across divisions
  
• Proactively assist and advise whenever applicable, tax planning opportunities including strategies, policies, and procedures to reduce tax risks for the organization
  
• Mentor and provide leadership to build up the technical expertise in tax within the tax function and tax awareness within the business in general

Requirements:

• At the age 30-35 years,Referably female
  
• Must posses at least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Fiscal, and familiar with Indonesian Standard Accounting System
  
• Demonstrate strong technical skills in taxation, especially related to property industries
  
• Minimum of 5 years working experience
  
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills along with interpersonal skills
  
• Computer literacy
  
• Strong ability to build relationship and coach and mentor staff within Finance
  
• Demonstrate strong self-confidence and motivational ability.
  
• Proficient in oral and written English.
