Project Management Coordinator (Bandar - Lampung)
Requirements:

* Provide project management, coordination, designing and planning.
* Responsible for on time project completion.
* Minimum 2 years of hands on field experience in project management.
* S1 degree in mechanical / civil engineer or equivalent academic qualification
* Proficient in Ms. Office and Ms. Project
* Able to write and understand English.

Starting early in 2009, SMS Finance increasingly spread its wings with a loan of Motorcycle Financing and Financing the Sharia. Since 2005, more expansive SMS Finance to develop the business by opening branches around Jakarta, and in 2006 SMS Finance began reaching Sumatra market by opening a branch in Bandar Lampung. In 2007, SMS Finance has opened 4 new branches in Kelapa Gading Jakarta, Medan, Palembang and Cirebon. In 2008, SMS Finance also has opened a new branch on the island of Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan and Sulawesi by the end of 2008 the number of SMS Finance to 22 branch offices engaged in auto financing. PROJECT MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR
Qualifications :

* S1 with IT, with GPA > 2.75 is preferable
* Have 4-6 years experience as Business Analyst
* Good analytical & conceptual thinking
* Good communication skill
* Fast learner
* Familiar with Microsoft Project
* Must have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff in the organization
* Manage alignment project business & Internal IT
* Manage Resource mapping IT productivity
* Must be proficient in Excel, Power Point and Report Preparation and Presentation
* Requires the ability to coordinate own efforts such that they meet business deadlines
* Set Up management meeting and Follow Up project status

BUSINESS ANALYST
Qualification :

* S1 with IT, with GPA > 2.75 is preferable
* Have 3-4 years experience as Business Analyst
* Good analytical & conceptual thinking
* Good communication skill
* Fast learner
* Excellent business analysis skills, strong HR modeling skills
* Understand SQL command, programming PHP, HTML5, .Net, Silverlight
* Understand multi finance business process
* Understand about Project Life Cycle & SDLC
* Understand UAT Concept and Quality Control
* Understand common financial business process (mandatory)
* Able to working under pressure
* No issue with long hours
* Must have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff in the organization
