Operator Utility Maintenance (Code: UM)
(Jawa Barat - Kawasan Industri MM 2100, Cikarang)
Responsibilities:
* Check and control the general condition of utility equipment in plant area
* Install facility machinery associated with the utility job surrounding the following : piping, electrical panel, construction, etc
* preventative and predictive maintenance on factory facility and equipment.
* Troubleshoot and repair factory facility and equipment.
* Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety.
* Complete the improvement report for each process improvement.
* Maintain and secure work tools.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a SMU/Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Kawasan Industri MM 2100,Cikarang.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

* Minimum 1 years experience in a similar position,
* Deeply understanding of trouble shooting in control systems,
* Experience in plastic injection machines is an advantage,

Operator Technical Maintenance (Code: TM)

Responsibilities:
* Check and control the condition of production machine
* Follow up the problem information from the preventive action technician for hard problem
* Install facility machinery associated with the mechanical electrical special job
* Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on facility and equipment machinery
* Do the troubleshoot and repair facility machinery is a must.
* Perform others mechanical electrical duties
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a SMU/Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Kawasan Industri MM 2100,Cikarang.

Assistant Head of Accounting (Code : Ass Acc)

Responsibilities:
* Responsible in managing Accounting
* To ensure smooth operation of MIS and Computerized accounting system
* Prepare and Analyse financial report
* To actively participate in the preperation of the annual budgets and rolling forecast
* To Manage Regular communication / interaction with regional & Group Finance team
* Responsible for yearly closing of the current fiscal year into the new fiscal year
* Check all transaction and all document before payment process
* Supervise team to strick for aging AR & AP

Responsibilities:
* Leading the production including all supporting departments and processes that are connected
* Guiding and educating next level of staff
* Ensuring that the production is cost effective cost efficient
* Supervise the lean production approach and improve continuously the workflow
* Working out the human and material resources needed
* Creating Job descriptions
* Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
* Monitoring quality standards
* Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed as well as local government regulations
* Supervising and motivating a team of workers;
* Identifying training needs
Further Needs :

* Responsible for material preparation and mixing

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Industrial/Mechanical/Others) or equivalent. Master (“Meister”) degree would be an advantage
* Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

* Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
