Executive Secretary (MG) - Jakarta

Position summary :

* Under supervision from Supervisor, this position must perform secretarial functions and responbilities to support department business and operations.

Requirements:

General Requirement :

* Male or Female
* Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or other related discipline.
* Minimum 5 years previous experience as Secretary

Generalist HR - Field (HR) - Jawa Timur - Gresik

Responsibilities:

* Position summary :
o Under the general direction of the Coordinator Field HR&GA, manages the day-to-day operations of the Gresik office.
o Coordinate with HR Jakarta, manages the administrations of the HR Policies, procedures and programs, conduct recruiting and staffing, perform development and training.

Requirements:

* Male or Female
* Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Management, Industrial Psychology or Business Administration.
* 3-5 years experience in Human Resources and Training, preferably in oil & gas industry

Secretary - Field (FP) - Jawa Timur - Gresik

Responsibilities:

* Under the direction of the President Field Production Manager, provides secretarial or clerical assistance in support of departmental objectives and in adherence to company standards

Requirements:

* Male or Female
* Diploma Degree in Secretarial or Administration discipline
* 3-5 years experience in secretary position

Associate Procurement (PR) - Jakarta

Responsibilities:

* To assist and support in the preparation of procurement process of goods and services and other related activities within the Company, in compliance with BPMigas Regulations.

Requirements:

* Male or Female
* Diploma Degree in Secretarial, Business Administration, or other related discipline
* Minimum 3 years experience in administration and filling system, preferably in oil & gas industry
* Have Certified PTK 007 is an advantage

• 8 — 10 years experience in Material/logistic operation in oil and gas Industry (position 8) and
• 10 -- 15 years experience in: Contract project (position 5) and Construction, fabrication and installation offshore facilities (position 6).
