Operational Manager
Requirements:

• Male/Female, max 35 years old
  
• Minimum S1, preferable from Agriculture/Agriculture Management
  
• Having minimum 2 years experience related to Operation Management, especially Trading Operation
  
• Fluent in English both oral and written
  
• Handle operational and administration activities (based on GCG principle):
  • Ensure stock is available (local and import)
    
  • Distribute fertilizer
  • Handle PSO (public service obligation)
    
  • Install Quarantine Flora
• Develop the mechanism of duties and SOP auction documents or selecting vendors and agreement with vendor
  
• Financial control
  
• Search and select vendor for the company’s needs
  
• Handle customer’s complains
  
• Coordinate with corporation / related unit
  
• Monitoring aging’s process
  
• Develop report to General Manager in certain terms of period

Marketing / Administration Staff
Requirements:

• Male/Female
  
• Age max. 27 years old
  
• Minimum D3/S1 degree from reputable university, majoring in Marketing Management, with min. GPA 2,75
  
• Minimum 1 years experience in related position, Fresh Graduate are welcome
  
• Good command in English (both written and spoken) would be an advantage.
  
• Easy going, resilient and persistent, also willing to learn and grow

• Result oriented pro-active, team worker, have a real determination to succeed, and able to work with minimum supervision
• Willing to be based or traveling to project site area (Java)

ME:

• Male max 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree from Mechanical Engineering from reputable university
• Have minimum 3 years experience preferably in oil & gas plant project or other relevant project
• Familiar with ASTM, API, ASME, ANSI, and other equivalent mechanical skill
• Result oriented, pro-active, team worker, have a real determination to succeed, and able to work with minimum supervision
• Willing to be based or traveling to project site area (Java)

Non Project Based :

SFC:

• Male / Female
• Minimum Bachelor degree with 5 years experience as Senior Finance Controller
• Must Have 5 years experience in Public Accountant Office
• Previous experiences from manufacture company
• Good knowledge in accounting software system, accounting, Finance, and tax regulations
• Strong leadership & management skills

FAM:

• Male / Female
• Minimum Bachelor degree with 3 years experience as Finance and Accounting Manager position
• Must Have 5 years experience in Public Accountant Office
• Previous experiences from manufacture company ( preferably oil & gas company)
• Good knowledge in accounting software system, accounting, finance, and Tax regulations
• Strong leadership & management skills

MM:

• Male / Female
• Minimum Bachelor Degree with 3 years experience as marketing manager position
• Preferably from downstream oil company
• Excellent capability in English and computer skill
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and communication skill
• Strong leadership & management skills
• Good proven sales track record

MA:

• Male / Female max 27 years old
• Minimum Bachelor degree with Economic Major from reputable university
• 1 year experience in marketing field

AS:

• Male / Female max 27 years old
• Minimum Bachelor degree with Accounting major from reputable university
• 1 years experience in accounting field
• Familiar with accounting software, income statement report, etc
