GENERAL FOREMAN ELECTRICAL (GFE)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to Superintendent Maintenance. The General Foreman electrical Fixed Plant Maintenance will be responsible for managing the activities of the electrical section. This includes responsibility for the maintenance of all the electrical equipment electrical switchgear, and electrical distribution throughout the mine site and process plant from primary cruisher through the process plant to tailings darn and for organizing the activities of 2 supervisor, 11 electrician and 2 instrument fitter, as well as trainees and helpers.

GENERAL FOREMAN MOBILE PLANT (GFMP)

Duties and Responsibilites:
Reporting directly to superintendent maintenance, the General Foreman Light Vehicle workshop will be responsible for managing all the activities of the light vehicle workshop. This includes responsibility for the maintenance of all the light vehicles, general purpose loaders, forklifts and small engines throughout the mine site and process plant from the water supply through the process plant to tailings dam area and be organizing the activities 1 supervisor, 8 mechanic and 2 servicemen.

MAINTENANCE PLANNER / SCHEDULER (MP)

Duties and Responsibilities:
To manage all the maintenance weekly plans/schedules for the whole process plant for all the disciplines – fixed plant mechanical mobile plant mechanical, electrical and instrumentation with accurate, safe and understandable work instructions, together with suitable spare parts and in a coordinated and delivered in a timely manner. Previous experience with PRONTO will be highly required.

AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRICIAN (AE)

Duties and Responsibilities:
To maintain the electrical systems on light vehicle and heavy equipment fleet as directed by supervisor. The candidate will be capable of fault finding on basic electrical systems as well as on more complex electronic controlled systems. Mobile cranes, generators, CAT mobile plant and isuzu light vehicle experience is desirable, but not essential.

Qualifications:

• Electrical/ Technical Diploma (GFE & AE),
  
• Mechanic Diploma (GFMP & MP),
  
• Approximately 10 to 16 years experience in each position (GFE, GFMP, MP & AE),
