The plant boasts a world-class manufacturing scale and productivity for the nucleotide umami seasoning, Ribotide.

GA & LEGAL SECTION HEAD
Requirements :

• Male max. 45 years old
• Hold min. S1 Degree in Law, with GPA of 3,00
• Having min 5 years working experience in Law matters in Industry as follows :
  • Business Law
  • Corporate Law
  • Legal & Document administration
• Experience in preparing and participating BOD meeting and stockholder meeting
• Well exposed to Indonesia Laws and Up date
• Good at writing reports, internal policies and procedure
• Possess high sense of risk awareness, compliance and integrity
• Having strong leadership, communication skill, strong initiative, well organized, adaptive, analyze skill, problem solver, able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English
• Wiling to stay in Lampung Timur

LEGAL HEAD (Senior Manager)

The incumbent will report to The Corporate Secretary and be responsible for the overall legal functions of the corporate and its subsidiaries including:

• Provide compliance and regulatory advice to management, the business and support units.
  
• Advise, review and draft of all legal documentations relating to business partners, vendors, and/or other counterparties
  
• Advise and provide updates to Group Compliance and management on any new or updated laws, regulations and practices.
  
• Responsible for all matters related to contract disputes resolution, lawsuit and may arbitrate or court settlement.
  
• Liaise and coordinate with nominated public notary, BPN and other local regulators and authorities on all legal and regulatory issues.

The Requirement:

• At least Bachelor degree in Corporate Legal subject
  
• Possesses the experience of at least 3 years in corporate legal function including but not limited to handling Land Survey, processing Land Permit certification, drafting legal documents, contract and/or agreements
  
• Preferably those who have the experience in poultry, agriculture or manufacturing industries
  
• Possesses strong legal drafting and negotiation skills
  
• English speaking and writing skill would be an advantage
  Having a strong personality and willing to pursue own aspirations
  
• Able to cope to under-pressure working environment and willing to travel to production sites

Competencies in:

• Corporate legal & license administration; Company restructuring; Company Acquisition; Commercial litigation; commercial law.
  
• Legal & License in land acquisition,
  
• Good relationship in national level government & another legal entity.
  
• Experience from corporate level in multinational company is advantaged.
