PADEGOGY (ACADEMIC)

Requirements:

* Female or Male with age 28 years or above
* Willing to be located in Surabaya, residents of Surabaya and the nearby cities are encouraged to apply
* Bachelor Degree from a reputable University
* Background in psychology will be an advantage
* Has good interpersonal and communication skills
* Fluency in English and ability to operate computers (Ms. Office) is a MUST
* Have relevant experience in same field is a MUST
* Can work with great ease under stress and pressure
* Outgoing personality
* Can function inside a team, as well as able to assume leadership
* Strong leadership, systematic and analytical thinking, having good judgment in problem solving and able to follow up

In collaboration with the Head of the Marketing & Sales Department, you will be called upon to advise current students and also present and sell our educational programs to potential students. You may be required to travel in order to participate in promotional events. You will also have to make telephone calls and represent LaSalle College International Surabaya and the LaSalle International Network in order to offer our programs.

SALES EXECUTIVE (SE) - SURABAYA

Requirements:

* Male / Female, age 23 - 28 years old
* Willing to be located in Surabaya, residents of Surabaya and the nearby cities are encouraged to apply
* Bachelor Degree of any field from a reputable University
* Has an excellent presentation skills
* Has good interpersonal and communication skills
* Fluency in English and ability to operate computers (Ms. Office) is a MUST
* Min. 2 years experience in the same field or sales banking/insurance
* Can work with great ease under stress and pressure
* Outgoing personality
* Can function inside a team, as well as able to assume leadership

Requirements :

• For IA-MGR, minimum 10 years experienced as banking auditor, and preferably CIA or CISA holder. Broad experiences for managing & conducting audit assignment process. Good understanding of file management. Carry out risk based audits across the group, complemented by other ad-hoc assignment
• For RR-MGR, minimum 5 years experience as banking auditor. Excellent in managing relationship with internal & external parties. Have broad knowlegde and exposure in establishing audit universe, risk assessment and annual audit plan. Candidate is expected to work with senior managers across the business to drive the risk management process
• For IA-JKT, minimum 3 years experience in banking / financial insitution specialized in treasury. Able to supervise relevant staffs. Have exposure in conducting a wide range of operational audits and to drive the risk reviews
• For IA-SBY, minimum 3 years of experience in banking. have exposure in conducting a wide range of operational audits and project assurance reviews

The general requirements would include :

• Bachelor degree from a reputable university, majoring in Accounting, Finance, or IT with a minimum GPA of 3.00
