Laboratory Technician
Job requirement :

Educational background: Chemicals Analyst high school ( Sekolah analis Kimia ) / D3 Kimia

Working Experience :

* 1-2 years experience in laboratory (fresh graduates are welcome)

Requirements:

* Male/female > 20 years old
* Capable and familiar in conducting basic laboratory analysis (organic/inorganic)
* Have good understanding on laboratory safety
* Able to operate computer (familiar with Microsoft office)
* Good skill in English
* Eager to learn, self driven, pro-active and motivated
* Into detail and well organized
* Have knowledge in rubber / polymer testing would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

* Support Laboratory Supervisor in day to day laboratory quality control activities/testing especially in Rubber and Polyurethane material testing
* Record all Quality control related information/data and update the data base.
* Support Lab Supervisor / Lab Manager in conducting laboratory study/trial
* Coordinate with Rubber/Polyurethane cover department for quality control sample preparation
* Support Laboratory supervisor/Manager in preparing data for laboratory technical report
* Supporting monthly inventory check for Polyurethane and Rubber raw materials

Receptionist

The responsible duties as follows :

* Provide Professional and courteous reception and telephone services to both internal and external customers
* Receive all visitor professionally
* Ensure tidiness & cleanliness of the receptionist area and meeting room
* Maintain and update the meeting room schedule.
* Courier Services arrangement and record keeping
* Other Admin duties as and when required

The requirement for receptionist as follows :

* Female, age 23 - 30 years old
* Min, Diploma degree
* Fluently in English
* Experienced in receptionist related duties
* Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
* Pleasant disposition with excellent telephone etiquette
* Required knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
* Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Chemical Laboratory Technician
Location : Based in Jakarta. Possible travel within Indonesia.

Summary of Job:
With attention to detail, the Chemical Laboratory Technician performs chemical analysis on mineral field samples and documents results in a systematic manner.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Have knowledge of routine laboratory equipment and procedures
• Read, understand, write, and follow applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  
• Prepare specimens for routine laboratory assays
  
• Prepare and routinely perform Quality Control checks and procedures
  
• Run laboratory assays and chemical analysis
  
• Data processing and interpretation
  
• Accurately enter assay results into reports
  
• Ability to be proficient in multiple benches and complex testing
  
• Maintaining and organizing analytical and material history records
  
• Perform basic data processing Specific gravity adjustments

• Background in Quality Control is a plus
