IT Developer
Responsibilities:
Job purpose of software developer is Responsible for writing and coding individual programs from specific requirements.
* Write, modify, and debug software for client applications.
* Use source debuggers and visual development environments.
* Write code to create single-threaded or user interface event driven applications, either stand-alone and those which access servers or services.
* Test and document software for client applications.
* Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents.
* Perform coding to written technical specifications.
* Investigate, analyze and document reported defects.
* Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects.
* Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses.
* Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates.
* Performs related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Demonstrable experience understanding requirements specifications for Information Systems.
* A proven track record in Software Development using Oracle Developer OR Java technology OR Microsoft .Net OR PHP Language
* End to end experience of the project lifecycle

Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
To analyse, document and propose solutions for large and/or complex business areas and to prepare functional specifications.
To assist in the preparation of user and system test plans:
* Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specifications and detailed test plans.
* Analyze and document business processes.
* Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from client on the specifications.
* To provide the link between the customer, development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle
* To design and execute the test scenarios and test scripts.
* Day to day management of change requests in relation to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met.
* Weekly reports to be produced for the project manager showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the operation and administration of the company’s internal networks, servers, email and network security systems.
* Administration and maintenance of company’s internal systems.
* Configuration and set-up of all new server systems required internally for the company’s activities.

* Administration of email servers for company-wide email.
* Provide telephone and desktop support to internal users.
Requirements:
* Good working knowledge of the following operating systems:Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server, Exchange, Citrix, Mikrotik
