MARKETING MANAGER
REQUIREMENT :

* Male/female max 40 years old
* Graduate of any bachelor of science or arts degree but preferably major in management, economics, marketing or other related fields; Master degree highly preferred
* Minimum 3-5 years of successful work experience in Marketing in similar position
* Good in marketing research and market analysis
* Excellent command of English, both written and verbal and able to speak Mandarin would be advantage
* Good analytical thinking, leadership and communicatin
* Creative, resourceful and flexibel

Lowongan East Jakarta Industrial Park

PT. East Jakarta Industrial Park (EJIP), were founded in 1990 as the first private Japanese industrial estate company. Phase-1 development for 216 ha was completed in 1992 and Phase-2 development for 105 ha was completed in 1995.

In 1996, all plots managed by EJIP were completely sold out. In 1998, 60% of shares of EJIP owned by Japan Indonesia Bekasi Industrial Park Development Corporation were transferred to Sumitomo Corporation, while other shares are owned by PT. Spinindo Mitradaya Indonesia (35%) and PT. Lippo Cikarang Tbk (5%), which are local professional companies for developing and operating industrial estates in Indonesia.

As of September 2010, the number of our tenants has reached 101 (including 86 manufacturers and 75 Japanese affiliated companies). We have provided various kinds of supports to our tenants and have contributed to the economic growth of the local community and the creation of employment.
