ARCHITECT

Responsibilities:

Advising on the practicality of the project, preparing and presenting design proposals, keeping within financial budgets and time deadlines, producing detailed drawings from which costing are made, solving problems that might occur during building.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (S 1) in Architect with GPA min 3.00 (4 Scale)
  
• 24 - 35 years old
  
• Proficient in AUTOCAD, 3 D Max, MS Office, Internet
  
• At least 1 years experience at similar level
  
• Comprehensive knowledge of latest design, architecture mode & style
  
• Have experience in design concept
  
• Good analytical thinking
  
• Strong in people management skills, interpersonal skills & good communication
  
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
  
• Flexible to work longer hours when required
  
• To be placed in Bali
  
• Would be able to start immediately

Find yourself at the Bali Bird Park to witness the largest and finest collection of Indonesian birds in the world plus fantastic birds from Africa & South America. Encompassing two hectares of botanical landscape, the park provides sanctuary to almost 1000 birds of 250 different species.

Our innovative approach towards the display of rare and tropical birds has progressed from traditional exhibits to that of showcasing mixed species in their natural habitats & in large walk in Aviaries and free range throughout the park.

The park accommodates an amazing display of flora with more then 2000 tropical plants including 50 varieties of palms alone and attracting numerous butterflies.

Incorporating a breeding, research and veterinary facility within the complex, the park has a high success rate in the captive reproduction of exotic birds such as the Bird. of Paradise and Hornbill

SALES EXECUTIVE – WESTERN MARKET [Bali]

Responsibilities:

• Identify new customers and evaluate customer and market competition.
  
• Manage the customer relationship including: the establishment of the initial agreement, responding to customer request, identification of ways to improve service, better optimize the network and add value to the relationship.
  
• In partnership with operations, ensure operational execution of program requirements and tracking contract compliance with contract terms.
  
• Manage sales strategies to improve market share and profitability.
  
• Weekly and Monthly reporting include analyze business opportunities, potential risk and appropriate recommendation to Sales Manager
  
• Achieving target every month
  
• Assist to formulate and implement marketing campaign and activities, manage promotional events and exhibitions, updated and maintain customer database and assist in developing marketing collateral as well as promotion materials.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills both in spoken and written English
  
• Candidates should preferably have at least 2 – 3 years work experience in the tourism industry specialize Western Market.
