Financial Reporting Analyst

Job Description :

1. Analysis and repoting of financial and operating results
2. Coordination of a business unit's financial and operating forecast
3. Developing and administering capital budgets and authorization for expenditures
4. Designing and evaluating financial and accounting processes
5. Preparing reports for the Government regulators, e.g. Work, Planning & Budgeting (WP&B), Financial Quarterly Report (FQR), and reviewing with Regulators (BPMIGAS)

Accountant
Job Description :

1. Performing monthly closing to book journal entries and accrual SAP, periodic account analysis and reconciliations
2. General Accounting, including fixed asset, inter-company accounting and bank transactions
3. Operations Accounting, including volumetric accounting and joint-interest accounting
4. Project Accounting, including reviewing invoices and charges to the project, analyzing coasts, preparing management report

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting with min GPA 3.50 in 4.0 scale
2. Excellent accounting, analytical and problem solving skills
3. 1-2 years experience in Accounting or Audit area are desirable
4. Experienced in SAP and Oil & Gas Industry are highly desirable
5. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
6. Driven, Self motivated and result oriented
7. Strong interpersonal skill and willing to be an effective team player
8. Able to work successfully in changing environment and meet tight deadlines

Lowongan Kerja Exxon Mobil Corporation and its subsidiaries have a substantial presence in approximately 200 countries and territories around the world and are leaders in almost every aspect of the petroleum and petrochemical Industries. ExxonMobil started its groundbreaking work in Indonesia in 1968 with multibillion dollar investments, and has since helped the country grow into a global energy supplier.

Energetic, commercially astute lawyers are required for two exciting positions, which will involve a broad range of work across all of ExxonMobil s upstream oil and gas interests and emerging opportunities in Indonesia. In supporting these interests, the roles will include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and related documents concerning exploration, development and production operations and providing legal advice with respect to various aspects of those operations. Over time this broad range of legal work, may include drafting aXXOnd negotiating production sharing contracts, joint operating, unitization, farm-in, and gas sales agreements, as well as providing litigation and compliance support.
The ideal candidate will be a senior associate level legal counsel, who offers quality business law experience currently working in a major law firm or In-house legal department.

While specific experience in providing legal support for upstream oil and gas operations will be well regarded, it is not essential, as training will be provided.

Excellent oral and written communication skills In Indonesian and English are a requirement. Strong relationship building skills self-confidence, flexibility, initiative and a strategic, pragmatic approach are essential.
