CORPORATE FINANCE MANAGER
Responsibilities : Manage corporate, strategic and financial opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, issuing bonds and shares, lending, privatizations, and overseeing Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). Advise and lead management buyouts, provide strategic advice to management, and identify and secure new deals.

Requirements:

* Male/Female, age 28-35 years old
* Min. Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Having the ability to design financial modeling
* Project and time management, ability to work well under pressure
* Ability to make difficult decisions
* Experience as Advisory in Public Accounting Firm

INDONESIAN OIL COMPANY - PARKER RANDALL - Accounting Manager, Corporate Finance Manager

Our client, a privately owned Indonesian oil company is looking to recruit well qualified professional to support its growing operation with the following credentials:

Accounting Manager

• Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university. Master degree is preferable
• Max. age of 40 years old, with min. experience of 10 years
• Ex-big 5 accounting firm with experience in handling big oil firms/occupy senior position in accounting department of big oil firms
• Fluency in English is mandatory

Corporate Finance Manager

• Bachelor degree/ Master degree with one major in finance from top domestic university or overseas
• Max. age of 40 years old with min. 10 years experience as a financial analyst in top securities firms or investment banks
• Exposure with oil industry is a definite advantage
• Familiarity with financial modeling is mandatory
• Fluency in English is required
