Responsibilities:
1. To monitor and review the payment inputting process and payment reports
2. To monitor and review all reporting from all Marketing Offices
3. To coordinated with related departments in regard of system enhancement
4. To monitor and review all work flows or process for continuous improvement
4. To monitor and develop the working team
Requirements:
1. Having a bachelor degree in any major
2. Having 2-4 years of experience in handling billing and collection in life insurance industry
3. Having an experience of managing a team
4. Having a good communication and presentation skills
5. Proactive and independent
