Unified Sales Management Associate Program

The Unified Sales (US) Management Associate program is designed a common platform for graduate hires in all Unified Sales businessess. All US MAs will be introduces to broad-based foundation of all Global Consumer Group (GCG) products as well as all the supporting function surrounding the products and businesses. They will obtain hands on working experience by being assigned to different groups. They will gain in-depth insight into varieties of GCG products, sales and credit risks through a series of carefully planned informal and formal trainings by seniors managers ini GCG and related functions.

Selection criteria

* Bachelor Degree from respectable universities
* Minimum GPA of 3.2 from 4.0 scale
* Any major is welcome, preferably Business, Management, Economy, Accounting, Finance and or Marketing
* Sales Management Driven and/or experience is preferred
* 0-2 years experience
* Profiency in English

Business Development Executive (BDE)
(Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung Semarang, Medan, Bali)

Roles and Responsibility:

• Serve as the primary frontline liaison with Citibank customers.
  
• Build the business by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
  
• Develop and implement planning of sales activities in order to achieve given targets.
  
• Assess customer needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
  
• Assist customers in their financial planning.
  
• Ensure that current and prospective customers have a consistently superior Citibank experience

Qualifications:

• Has strong passionate in sales and service oriented
  
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university and a minimum GPA of 3.00; Overseas University will be considered
  
• Familiarity with lifestyle of the affluent market
  
• Ability to build and maintain business networks effectively
  
• Excellent verbal and written English
  
• High level of integrity, confidence, persistence, and dedication
  
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from reputable University
  
• Have at least 3year experience in Banking Sales
  
• Have a good communication in English and Bahasa
  
• Strong in Communication and Negotiation skills
  
• Strong leadership, results oriented, hard working, highly motivated and ability to work under pressure
