Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and servicing key accounts and maintaining high level of sales achievement in targeted market segments
- Strategic development of business annual plans
- Management of trade fund to focus on key business building activities to deliver company’s growth agendas
- Conduct business review to gain competitive advantage
- Planning, monitoring and tracking of sales plan and KPIs
- Ensure channel pricing are complied with company guidelines
- Keep abreast of competition, products and markets within confectionery
- Develop long term vision and strategy for the channel.
- Good sales management track record with Key Account Management experience in handling HQ in FMCG.
- Independent, confident and results-driven with strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills and strong financial acumen.
- Strong analytical and communication skills and be able to look at issues from different perspectives and be a proven achiever, ideally from within the FMCG.
- Good command in English and Bahasa
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications
- Our ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Business from reputable University in Indonesia, minimum GPA is 2,75
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in FMCG industry (food category) in key account management
