PT Torishima Guna Engineering is an Indonesian joint venture between Torishima Pump Mfg. Co. Ltd. (50% share) of Japan and PT Guna Elektro (50% share) of Indonesia. In addition to the sole agent for Torishima Pump Mfg. Co. Ltd., at Torishima Guna Engineering we design and engineer all types of pump systems and other related equipment for our customers.

SENIOR BUILDING M&E SUPERVISOR (OIL & GAS PROJECT)

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering with strong knowledge of Building HVAC and Mechanical works
• Minimum 4 years of experience in equal position for S1
• Minimum 6 years of experience in equal position for D3
• Oil and gas experience is an advantage, having attended HSE Training (e.g. Basic HSE, HIRA, etc.) is also an advantage
• Good leadership skill with excellent communication and social skill
• Good command in English
• Able to perform Quantity Surveying, Topographical Surveying, Inspection and Test Witnessing
• Project duration: 2 years

SENIOR BUILDING SUPERVISOR (OIL & GAS PROJECT)

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and/ or Architecture
• 8 years of experience in similar field
• Oil and gas experience is an advantage, having attended HSE Training (e.g. Basic HSE, HIRA, etc.) is also an advantage
• Able to work under pressure
• Significant responsibility in building construction projects
• Computer literate (MS-Office and MS-Project)
• Able to perform Quantity Surveying, Topographical Surveying, Inspection and Test Witnessing
• Possessing general understanding in Mechanical/ HVAC & Electrical works
• Good command in English
• Project duration: 2 years

SITE SUPERVISOR (OIL & GAS PROJECT)

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Having 5 years of experience in pipeline and/ or piping construction projects
• Familiar with work permit and construction procedures and having good safety awareness
• Possess good leadership with good communication and social skills
• Significant responsibility in multi-discipline teams or projects
• Computer literate (MS-Office applications)
• Good command in English
• Project duration: 2 years

ENGINEERING MANAGER (TURBINE)

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable universities
• At least 10 years of workshop experience for rotating equipments with specialization in gas/ steam turbines, pumps, compressors
• Having 15 years of experience in overhauling and repairs of steam/ gas turbine, compressors, pumps, and related auxiliaries equipments for rotating in oil and gas industry, petrochemical, power plant, engineering services, heavy industries or similar
• Advance knowledge of design & work flow of rotating equipments
• Having (or at least trained) certificates from OEM Gas/ Steam Turbine is a must
• Familiar with API, JIS, etc (standard and application in rotating equipments)
• Familiar with Engineering Software (AutoCad, PLC, etc.)
• Good command in English

PROPOSAL ENGINEER/ ESTIMATOR

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering from reputable universities
• At least 2 years solid experience as Estimator in oil & gas projects, pumps or other related industries
• Having strong networking in supply chain
• Good knowledge in oil & gas service and rotating equipments
• Good command in English

PROJECT ENGINEER

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from reputable universities
• At least 5 years of experience in handling Mechanical & Electrical works in a project
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD)
• Having knowledge in pumps is an advantage
• Good command in English

PROJECT MANAGER (PUMP)

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from reputable universities
• At least 9 years of experience in handling Mechanical & Electrical works in a project
• Having excellent time management skill, includes planning and organizing
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD)
• Extensive pump knowledge is a must
• Good command in English

SR. PROJECT MANAGER (PUMP)

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from reputable universities
• At least 12 years of experience in handling Mechanical & Electrical works in a project
• Having excellent time management skill, includes planning and organizing
• Having ability to solve problems
• Having strong influences in consultancy, negotiation and analytical skill
• Extensive pump knowledge is a must
• Good command in English

Building Engineer / Supervisor

Job Purpose
The Field Supervisor is responsible to ensure the projects progress within time, cost, quality and customer service standards. The Building Engineer should report to the Project or Site Manager.

Key Accountabilities

Project Planning
Responsible for preparation of project construction planning (including schedule, progress, working method, quality assurance, quality control) according to the instruction given by the project manager or site manager

Project Execution

* Supervising and checking construction work to comply with quality requirement
* Ensuring construction work to comply with progress planning
* Preparing report on construction progress

Job Competency and Personal Requirements

* D3/S1 degree in Civil Engineering
* GPA minimum 3 of scale 4
* Minimum 1 years working experience as Site Engineer/Building Supervisor
* Understanding of Project Safety Management
* Understanding of Project Quality Management
* Good Computer Skill
* Fair English skill
* Maximum 30 years old
