Key Account Manager (Code: TS/KAM)
Summary of Job Description:

* Develop assigned Key Account Plan, setting objective, goals, strategies and measurement to achieve competitively superior growth and market share performance, achieved sales target and expense control targets in line with company strategy and code of conduct

Skills and experience required

* Exhibits a basic understanding of Modern Market Channel, Category Management and Key Accounts Management
* Solid experience of 3 years in pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry
* Excellent Presentation skill, negotiation skill

Summary of Job Description:

* To develop people,resources & system to ensure the commercial & trade sales team to have skills, expertise & competencies to achieve the company objectives in sales & business growth as well as to support the identification and development of talents to be grown and groomed as future leaders.

Skills and experience required

* Lead technical training area e.g. product or sales for internal or external or both formulate, implement and coordinate policies and programs monitor and adjust technical training needs in specific areas forecast and develop future strategic plan oversee maintenance of files design and develop training programs and materials
* Management or MD/Pharmacist background have min 5 years exposure in sales, marketing & distribution, preferably in Nutrition or Pharmaceuticals - OTC.

TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER (TSM – 10/09)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the transfer product can be performed smoothly and meet with planned target, as well as ensuring that the transfers are tracked and actions accelerated on both sides to achieve the best possible timelines.
  
• Develop validation and qualification activities which assigned on VMP (Validation Master Plan).
  
• Develop new products whether with new formula, technology and or process transfer including packaging material (primary and secondary) to optimize asset utilization and efficiency without breaking cGMP compliance, Abbott’s policy & EHS aspects.
  
• Supervise the activity of Technical Services Officer and technician in TS Department.

Profile:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering.
  
• Working experience minimum 5 years.
  
• Experience in product development and validation-qualification, minimum 3 years.
  
• Familiar with GMP regulation.
  
• Knowledge and experience in process transfer project will be an advantage.
  
• Experience in manufacturing process would be preferable.
  
• Excellent communication skills and proficient in English, both oral & written.

ACCOUNT PAYABLE CLERK (APC – 10/09)

Job Responsibilities:

• Review payable invoices for accuracy and match to Purchase Order (PO). Correspond or communicate with account payable vendors when necessary to correct or modify invoices received. Code payable invoices with correct general ledger codes to ensure proper entry into BPCS.
  
• Prepare employee advances and expense reports for payment processing and enter into accounts payable system.
  
• On monthly basis produce all reports for month-end processing and balance report with corresponding general ledger accounts.
  
• Organize and file of all invoices that had been processed and paid.
  
• Assist with data entry of general journal entries when it is required.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, with min 3.0 GPA.
  
• At least 2 years accounting experience.
  
• \Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry will be an added advantage.
  
• Prior experience in BPCS software and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel will be an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight datelines.
  
• Hard-worker, meticulous, and willing to learn.
  
• Good communication skills.
