0023182 - Area Display Assistant - Central London Posted: 19 Jul 2011 05:00 PM PDT Closing Date: 12 Aug 2011 Salary: £20007 - £22463 p/a Summary of Role   To implement the company’s window and display principles to the highest standard in order to attract customers and generate retail sales. This role covers the Central London region and due to commuting it is essential that the successful candidate is located in this area.   Responsibilities   Dressing Achieve required standards in dressing/styling, accessorising, pricing, and grouping of accessories, reflecting the detailing and styling of the Window Presentation Pack, for our display windows. Press and prepare stock, ensuring the required standard is achieved for each garment. Monitor and co-ordinate with the Regional Display Manager, Deputy and Seniors that all stores receive new window displays within the set timescales. Stock selection Follow Window Presentation Pack photography for display mannequin stock selection, and be able to pick alternative stock which will reflect current fashion trends, to achieve the look and story of each product. Liaise with the Store Manager to agree stock selection appropriate to Window Presentation Pack and to the needs of the individual store. Preparation/Productivity Efficiently plan schedule and workload on a daily basis. Achieve high productivity levels to meet deadlines set by the Regional Display Manager, Deputy and Seniors. Arrange window layouts according to the Window Presentation Pack. Adjust the layout / scheme to suit the needs of each individual window. Follow all guidelines set out in Health & Safety risk assessments. Display Storerooms/Working Areas Maintain and monitor display areas. Dispose of old graphics and equipment as advised. Ensure security monitoring and ret
