Summary of Role
Responsible for the overall day to day running of Telephone operations at Gedding Road with some requirement for working in Enderby.
Decisions will be taken both independently and in conjunction with others ensure that the Customer Service objectives are achieved.
Effectively manage 3 Customer Service Managers, who in turn will manage a team of 10 Supervisors, ensuring that they are well motivated, trained and informed to meet the needs of Next Directory Customers.
Propose new processes in order to maximise efficiencies and levels of Customer Service within each department. All new processes will be project managed to implementation, including development of process flows, training packages, systems development and sign off.
