Summary Of Role 

In this role you'll be on the end of a phone for customers who want to make an order or enquiry. As this is a specialised support department you will be expected to deal with more complex queries and deliver a high level of Customer Service. Most of your time will be spent talking to Directory and Retail customers providing with information and support to ensure that all enquires relating to their orders are resolved promptly and efficiently.  This can mean liaising with Retail Stores, Carriers, Suppliers and Internal Departments. So it's a busy job, and just about every call is different.
Available hours

We offer predominately part-time roles. Your working hours will be fixed for the first six months, with the possibility of changing your shift pattern after this providing there is an alternative shift available.

1) Saturday 8am to 4pm & Sunday 10am to 6pm
2) Saturday & Sunday 9am to 5pm
3) Monday, Thursday 6pm to 10pm & Saturday 3pm to 9pm
4) Sunday & Monday 4pm to 10pm
5) Thursday & Saturday 4pm to 10pm
