The prime objective of this role is to effectively co-ordinate, lead and motivate a team. You will have the ability to both develop and support team members in order to help the business achieve and exceed all targets. As a Supervisor, you may be called upon to speak directly with customers and other areas of the operation to resolve queries and must ensure that at all times, staff work within the guidelines of the Data Protection Act. The biggest challenge you will be faced with, is to ensure that your team are coached and developed so that they are providing excellent customer service at all times. You will also be expected to meet planned workloads whilst achieving call centre operational standards.
Positions available
International Supervisor (Enderby)
Saturday to to Tuesday 11pm to 6am (please note a shift premium will be paid for overnight hours)
Internet Supervisor (Enderby)
Saturday and Sunday 7.30am to 5.30pm
Customer Servcie Supervisor (Geddign Road)
Monday to Friday 5pm to 10pm  |
