To take an active part in planning staffing requirements on a week to week basis and provide support to the call centre management team.
To also report on International online sales and profitability and assist in the development of further markets.
Please note that this is a contract position to cover maternity leave.
Responsibilities
Sales Reporting
Prepare & provide performance reports to enable management to make sound & well informed business decisions. Also to produce online industry stats for the BRC and submitted on a weekly basis.
Month End / Balance Sheet Reconciliations
To include invoice matching, accruals & prepayments; review of FTE reports, detailed spend analysis, preparation of monthly performance reports; balance sheet reconciliations.
Budgeting / Forecasting
Budget and forecast, in detail, full season sales and costs. Agree with the call centre mgmt the future staffing requirements by translating forecast sales into required call centre staff.
Weekly Reviews
To agree with the call centre management future & current staffing requirements by translating current season sales into required call centre staff. To provide an indication of training requirements and impact of any changes in the variable calculations.
Monthly Cost Reviews
Conduct regular monthly meetings with the Operational Director and Call Centre Mgmt to discuss performance, risk & opportunities relating to all aspects of the operation. Monthly information pack to be produced and distributed / reviewed at the meeting. Actions to be  |
