Summary Of Role

Based within the Customer Service Management Department, the Correspondence Team provide a specialist service to our Retail Customers, handling verbal and written enquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner to ensure an agreeable outcome is achieved. You will be required to liaise with internal departments and external companies to investigate and resolve complaints demonstrating an excellent level of customer service at all times.
