Summary Of Role 

In this role you'll be on the end of a phone for customers who want to make an order or enquiry. Most of your time will be spent talking to customers, and that can mean anything from receiving their orders, checking and confirming stock availability, arranging deliveries, locating undelivered goods - and everything in-between. So it's a busy job, and just about every call is different.

Available hours

We offer predominately part-time roles. Your working hours will be fixed for the first six months, with the possibility of changing your shift pattern after this providing there is an alternative shift available.

1) Wednesday to Friday 4pm to 8pm or 4.30pm to 8.30pm or 5.30pm to 9.30pm
2) Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 4.30pm to 8.30pm

Summary of Role

Specifically supporting the Directory you will review & analyse Next directory call centre costs including labour, overheads & support centres. 
To take an active part in planning staffing requirements on a week to week basis and provide support to the call centre management team. 
To also report on International online sales and profitability and assist in the development of further markets.

Responsibilities

Sales Reporting
Prepare & provide performance reports to enable management to make sound & well informed business decisions.  Also to produce online industry stats for the BRC and submitted on a weekly basis.
Month End / Balance Sheet Reconciliations
To include invoice matching, accruals & prepayments; review of FTE reports, detailed spend analysis, preparation of monthly performance reports; balance sheet reconciliations.
Budgeting / Forecasting
Budget and forecast, in detail, full season sales and costs.  Agree with the call centre mgmt the future staffing requirements by translating forecast sales into required call centre staff.
Weekly Reviews
To agree with the call centre management future & current staffing requirements by translating current season sales into required call centre staff.  To provide an indication of training requirements and impact of any changes in the variable calculations.
Monthly Cost Reviews
Conduct regular monthly meetings with the Operational Director and Call Centre Mgmt to discuss performance, risk & opportunities relating to all aspects of the operation.  Monthly information pack to be produced and distributed / reviewed at the meeting. Actions to be taken and completed prior to next meeting.
