Summary of Role

To maintain and update all NEXT websites on a day to day basis, to ensure they remain accurate and that they continue to meet and exceed Customer’ & Business Owners’ objectives. 

Responsibilities

Internet Amends
Responsible for managing the entire Next international family of websites.
Responsibility of giving final sign off on all international rollouts, websites need to be thoroughly tested and effective communication with QA team and business systems to ensure this takes place within deadlines.
Liaise with business systems to ensure their requirements are being met with each roll out and they are happy with what is going live each week.
Effective communication with product teams/Legal/Product Legislation to ensure correct product are being sold online.
Liaising with development team including project managers to ensure the website is working as expected and has all the correct functionality
Communicate with ecommerce to on a daily basis to ensure there are no issues with the website, if any issues arise investigate and fix.
Understand the churn process, investigate and ensure this runs correctly on a daily basis.
Plan book launch by attending meetings with senior manager, and providing a list of deadlines that need to be met.
Plan book launch with the external translation agency, effectively communicate deadlines with them and ensure all assets are passed over with these deadlines and ensure all assets are received within their deadlines.
Successfully merge over all content onto the international sites on a weekly basis within a specified time.
During book launch create all international menus, master navigation, homepages, and exclusions etc, all within the deadlines to ensure the site launches in line with the business expectations.

To provide administrative support to the Retail Development Team, in order to achieve departmental goals & offer fantastic support to stores

Please note that there is a rotating 2 weekly shift pattern:
 
Week 1  Mon – Thu 8.30am - 4.30pm, Fri 8.30am - 4.15pm
Week 2  Mon – Thu 9.30am - 5.30pm, Fri 9.30am - 5.15pm
 
Responsibilities

Design and Production of Store Resources
Able to produce eye catching and inspiring documents using various PC packages
Preparing, updating and maintaining all course related materials
Accurate proofing of all training materials within agreed timescales
Arranging production and distribution of all training related material for courses, meetings and workshops within specified timescales
Full Training Course administration, which will include:
A proactive approach to identifying and reprioritising workloads to meet the agreed timescales, communicating updates to relevant Managers and colleagues
A proactive approach to identifying course anomalies, changes and re-organisation
Effective communication with both internal and external colleagues
Booking travel and accommodation for Officers, Managers and Delegates
Handling all telephone enquiries promptly and professionally, offering excellent customer service
Maintenance of expenditure records for budget purposes including the processing of invoices and expenses

Summary Of Role 

In this role you'll be on the end of a phone for customers who want to make an order or enquiry. As this is a specialised support department you will be expected to deal with more complex queries and deliver a high level of Customer Service. Most of your time will be spent talking to Directory and Retail customers providing with information and support to ensure that all enquires relating to their orders are resolved promptly and efficiently.  This can mean liaising with Retail Stores, Carriers, Suppliers and Internal Departments. So it's a busy job, and just about every call is different.
Available hours

We offer predominately part-time roles. Your working hours will be fixed for the first six months, with the possibility of changing your shift pattern after this providing there is an alternative shift available.

1)Sunday, Monday & Tuesday 5pm to 10pm
2)Thursday, Friday & Saturday 5pm to 10pm 
3)Saturday, Sunday 8am to 5pm & Monday 9am to 5pm
